This story could have "legs" that take us all over the US and the world re: Islamoterrorism.
The FBI analysts also found indications that whoever left the fingerprint on the bag involved in the Madrid bombings had some connection to the Yugoslav province of Kosovo, where international Islamic extremists have been active. Some of the so called leaders of the enviral whacko groups have called themselves Jihadists.
BOTH Mayfield and sniper John entered the army at Ft. Lewis in 1985.
They both married Muslim women in 1988. They both converted to the Muslim religion.
"One of Mayfield's attorneys, Tom Nelson..."

Thank you for the verification. Someone wrote that his license plate says says something about a Palestinian State or something like that.

This is a plastic shopping bag full of detonators that was found in a van in Alcalá de Henares (where some of the bombers boarded the train), along with a book of verses from the Koran. Oddly enough, the book appeared to be a sort of "introduction to Islam" for beginners.

speaking of Stanley Cohen :
* El Sayyid-Nosair : The convicted terrorist believed to have inspired the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center. Nosair currently is serving a life sentence in federal prison in New York. Nosair's visitor's log from the prison obtained by the Portland Tribune included Sheikh Mohamed Abdirahman Kariye's name. Kariye's lawyer, Stanley Cohen, says Kariye does not know Nosair and has never visited him in prison. Cohen says a visitors log obtained by the Portland Tribune that included Kariyes name was prepared by Nosairs supporters without Kariyes knowledge. - "Lawyers, law officers debate whether a terror cell took root among us ," by Jim Redden, Portland Tribune , 12/24/2002

You might want to put the Graphic up front in your link.
We got caught in Mother's Day Traffic last night. It took over an hour to go about 6 miles on an interstate connection to a bridge last night.
We spent the day with grandchildren and children, left late and got caught in that Sunday night mess. Apparently this is a fairly common Mother's Day situation in the Bay Area.
You and Piasa need to compare notes. Piasa has done a great job keeping tabs on the Oregon Islamofascist connections.
Thanks for doing this. Pretty soon these stories/articles will fade into oblivion. 6 months from now the media will try to blame John Ashcroft and GW for smearing an innocent man.
This has been their tactic with other Oregon Islamos until the Islamos plead guilty, take a lighter sentence and roll over on more Islamos in the Portland area.

Nelson's license plate cover apparently has "Free Palestine" on it.
What if he recruited this latest piece of Islamo to be more than a lawyer?

You might want to put the Graphic up front in your link. That's a great idea- I'll do that next.
For better or worse, my Child Bride ( speaking somewhat tongue-in-cheek, it seemed that way when we married nearly 20 years ago, now she's falling apart at the seams faster than I am. Irony! ) took today off, so my time is not my own... got to get her car to the Quick Lube to put synthetic ATF in the transaxle and no doubt she'll find lots of things "we" ( meaning "me..." ) need to do around the house.

My trophy bride of over 40 years still works 3 days per week. It gives us a break from each other.:)
The system works well. I get to do basically what I want to do during those 3 days, like fish or surfing Free Republic. Then the Honey Do lists and the chauffering begins sometime during the off days.

...and the chauffering begins... God, yes! She commutes 36 to 50 miles a day to work, so on days off. I'm the driver. All I need is a chauffeur's hat and uniform.

That "billboard" was an incredible prediction of the grim reality in the Portland area being an Islamo Terrorist sanctuary.
Backhoe will have it on his index page re the Islamos in the Portland/Oregon/Washington area.
He has used some HTML code to show your great picture. if you click it, it will take you to his index cover page.
You may want to start using that. I will, when I get a copy of Backhoe's html.
That we can show this great picture and then provide a direct link to all the data the left wing lunatics would like for us to forget.

I bought my wife a new Lexus last year. The joke with my sons, DIL and friends is that I need a chauffer's hat when she is off and has a list of where to go doing those days.
Click the picture below for a great indexing of the infestation of Islamofascist in the Portland area.
