Yup.
It's refreshing to have a real person in the Presidency, even if you don't always agree with his decisions.

I'm just going to bump this so that I can email it to my friends and family when I get home. This one story tells us more about the President's character than any two books and a Congressional commission.

Yes.
I cannot imagine any of teh Democrats doing this.
And honestly, if Bubba slick tried it, I'd be afraid for the girl's safety.

Actually, the jogging with the man with a prosthetic was on several of the morning news shows - I caught it on the ABC affiliate here in Sacramento a couple of weeks ago.

As I said in #303.
I can't imagine ANYONE frm the Dems doing this.
And if Bubba Slick tried it, I'b fear for the girl's safety.
After all, Bubba slick IS teh guy who, as a mere nominee for pres aways back, was filmed and photo'd sliding his hand up a stewardesses leg on a plane.

My Dad fought in the Korean War, 24th Division, from the Pusan Perimeter to the Yalu River and back. This picture of Bush struck me as almost identical to the expression in Korean war pics of soldiers trying to comfort a fellow soldier whose buddy was just killed.
I'll confess, I cried when I saw Bush's picture. I would rather he was more conservative, but my reservations about him vanished with one look at that picture. That picture has changed me. I intend to get involved in the fight for his reelection.
Somehow we have GOT to get that picture to the public. The leftist media, of course, will try to block it. In my estimation the media is dispicable in doing this. How anybody can say the media is not biased is beyond me.
To: MikeWUSAF
Oohhhh, I just want to cry!! He is such a great President, Husband, Father, Son, Brother, etc. He has a Heart AND Soul which is more than we can say about Mr. Klintooon.

"The way he was holding me, with my head against his chest, it felt like he was trying to protect me," Ashley said. "I thought, 'Here is the most powerful guy in the world, and he wants to make sure I'm safe.'" He is trying to protect you Ashley, and he does want to make sure your safe. As anyone can see, he cares. It is etched all over his face. You can't fake a look like that.
God Bless President Bush! He had no idea a private moment like this would be captured on camera. In fact he usually tries to avoid it, which is why moments like this rarely "are" captured.

His legacy is also a hole in the ground in Manhattan, a hole in the ground in PA; and a hole in the lives of thousands of American families.
To: MikeWUSAF
Thanks for the post. It was a wonderful story about a great man. I'am glad he is running the country and prey that he will get re-elected. He is more in touch with the American people then anybody in Washington could ever wish. God bless him and I hope I wish there was more like him.

Thank you for the poem! You have a gift. I thought the picture was amazing but it actually gets better with your words! May I pass it on to family and friends?
