John Kerry's Vietnam-era agitation keeps emerging. Each new revelation should give more and more people pause when voting time comes.
The latest is just downright schocking!
John Kerry attended a radical anti-war meeting in 1971 where the murder of 6 or 7 US Senators was proposed, though shot down (Kerry voted 'NO').
In typical form, Kerry has already been caught lying about the affair. Contrary to his claims, the Kansas City Star can conclusively place him at the meeting.
Normally, this type of revelation would disqualify a man like Kerry from high public office. But the 'mainstream' press, as we all know, has an agenda to remove President Bush from office. So don't expect this story to get too much play out there.
Nevertheless, there is more to this story. We'll keep you posted. In the meantime, we hope these articles keep you informed:

If he'd had any core values, he would have walked out the minute the subject was broached and never have another thing to do with the VVAW. He stayed and even participated in a vote, and that tells you alot about this man's character...or lack of it.

Bump to read later.
I'd read this now but I have some friends coming over and we are going to chat about killing some other people we don't like. We do this all the time. Doesn't everyone? /sarcasm off
To: crushkerry
The fact that he did not IMMEDIATELY contact the FBI and tell them there was a conspiracy to assasinate government officials speaks volumes.
Even to be privy to an assasination conspiracy regardless of his ~vote~ should be a huge red (and I do mean Red) flag.

In fairness to Senator Kerry, the fact that he participated in the vote doesn't mean he had no core values. It just means his core values weren't inconsistent with discussing the murder of his political opponents.
Also note that Kerry continued to represent the VVAW for at least several months after the assassination vote.

He's quite a gentleman, don't you think, when he votes not to assassinate members of Congress.

If this is true, he had a moral and legal obligation to report what happened.

How could he even dignify the issue of conspiracy to murder Senators by voting on it? If he had an ounce of respect for himself and this country, he would have run out of there. If he was a true patriot, he would've reported that meeting to authorities.
Kerry is such a miserable scumbag.
I can't wait for the debates. He's going to be exposed like no other candidate before him, and there are going to be repercussions throughout elections around the country.
Bring it on!

And by not turning them in, he is guilty of Conspiracy to Commit Murder.

Bingo! That's a felony, too.
What's the statute of limitations on this?

He probably voted to assasinate them before voting not to.

I believe that none of them are guilty of conspiracy unless one of the plotters took some substantial action to carry out the plot. Any lawyers here care to comment?

Also note that Kerry continued to represent the VVAW for at least several months after the assassination vote.AFTER claiming to have resigned before the meeting and that he was never even there....
