Mayor Gavin Newsom of San Francisco has violated California law by Marrying Same-sex couples in San Francisco. It is patently unlawful to issue marriage certificates to same-sex couples. Section 308.5 of the California Family Code plainly defines a valid marriage as being limited to one man and one woman. Furthermore, California Penal Code section 115 prohibits the knowing procurement of any false or forged instrument to be filed or recorded in any public office, making such an act a felony punishable by up to three (3) years in prison.
The Mayor of San Francisco is giving the middle finger to the State of California and the United States as a Whole. To make it worse, Mayor Newsom and the City of San Francisco has stated that it is suing the state of California, challenging its ban on same-sex marriages on constitutional grounds. By doing so, Mayor Newsom is proposing that every law that was not a constitutional amendment is un-enforceable. If he is not arrested, there is no basis for drug laws, the carrying of concealed weapons, prostitution, and every other law that is not written into the constitution of the state of California.
Please arrest this man.

Our attorney assures us that there are strong constitutional reasons why we will prevail. We believe that it is unconstitutional to discriminate against us due to our religious beliefs, plus we want insurance benefits the same as married couples everywhere....

What you are ignoring, and what the entire gay agenda would have everyone ignore, but what has guided this nation since its inception in such matters is common sense and an underlying moral foundation.
The principle definition of marriage (the act which weds) and matrimony (the state which is entered as a result of marriage)is as follows:
marriage: the state, act or right of being married, a relation between a husband and wife.
matrimony: the state of being husband and wifeThere is no historical precedence in this nation for anything else and what is happening now is a pure wresting and perversion of our institutions in a vain attempt to satisfy the hedonistic cravings of those pursuing alternate lifestyles in order to force them to be acceptable.

... and then forwarding the petition on to your email lists asking them to sign and then forward it on to their lists...and so forth and so forth. Get the email chains and the exponential growth going!
