I would think that the AG could not act so long as he is IN office... The Gov. would have to remove him first... I called the Gov. Office yesterday, and was told that the Gov. does NOT have the authority to remove him from office, and that he must be IMPEACHED.. any CA lawyers out there that can shed some light on this?
