Yet another beautiful, precious life snuffed out at the hands of a sexual predator! I hope they fry this SOB, he makes me sick. Very, very sad outcome, Carlie was a beautiful, young lady, my prayers continue for her family.

As I said yesterday,

Prayers for the family, and also justice for them.

Even that is too good for this animal. Thankfully though, even in prison there is a sense of order and child killers fall to the bottom of the dirtpile.

Whoa there, no need to insult the dogs.

I once spent a short amount of time in a jail, awaiting for bail to be arranged.

There was a repeat-child molester in my block.

Bad things kept happening to him. REALLY bad things.

This is heartbreaking news. Our family mourns with Carla's family the needless loss of this beautiful innocent child. Democrats, take heed. There is good reason for capital punishment. This tragedy is one. Innocent one, may you rest in peace in the arms of the Lord!

"Reports indicate that her body was found behind a church in Sarasota"

I know there are evil doers, but reading the words above reinforced my belief that there is an evil force beyond us, that would place that poor child's body by a church as a sacrilege and mockery of God.

I heartily agree. I would like to see each hardened inmate get to spend some "quality time" with him.

"If I have my hunches in order, the judge did what the jury 'ordered' him to do. I haven't found a clear statement that the trial was a jury trial, but I think it was."

Bravo Sierra! A judge was the power to disregard a jury's finding.

It sends chills because we are actually seeing her last moments, versus just a mental idea of what happened.

They should have made the all lawyers and judges who let Smith off the hook tell Carlie's parents the tragic news.

That is all W will have to do. Is ask Kerry to look Carla's parents in the eye and explain his opposition to the death penalty for animals who kill 11 year old girls. Kerry would lose the election by at least 10 points.

Since you're splitting hairs I meant more exposure just to keep their name in the headlines. It looks like Smith doesn't have much money.

He will be kept in isolation. At least 80% of the local population would like to meet this guy. With no cameras on. I can only imagine what the hardened inmates would do to him.

I hope they fry this SOB. No actually...dont fry him. I would like him to spend the next 50 years being pimped out daily in prison. They day the other prisoners get tired of violating him....then fry him.
