Did anyone else see if Justin Timberlake pulled off Janet Jackson's top?

You are absolutely right! I watched the half time show, but did not see Janet exposing her breast! I was going to write to the "traitor/treason" Democrat network CBS and tell them what a farce and failure their half-time show was. Breast exposed or not, Janet Jackson is passe! She is old news at best! Like Jennifer Lopez, she is like the village bicycle, everyone in town has had a ride! Why they even had that moron Puff Daddy on. He sure knows how to ride Jennifer's bike. CBS should be ashamed for putting on this most secular display of America. Hope you all got a good taste of the tasteless, because that is what America will become if the Democrat Party ever rules this country again! It really is a shame because both football teams played their hearts out and it was a great game. Heads at CBS should roll for the both allowing the half-time show and allowing MTV to march its Democrat voter registration drive! I mean after all Chris Rock! Who is that moron. His film reached toilet bowl status last year! Not too bright a dude! He should stick to comedy, because he is not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to politics! CBS reaches a new low once again!

with the bar poking through. Just out of my ignorant manly curiosity...it seems like you're saying a shiled requires a pierced nipple...is that correct?

Thank heavens I was in another room taking care of food issues! The men at our party were mildly disgusted (but intrigued if it was an accident or planned). Luckily the children were playing elsewhere. FCC fines, anyone?

I thought CBS owned MTV as part of Viacom?

Any links to Guiness?

I mean this thread must set some kind of record for the most whiney prudes with their panties in a wad over the sight of one breast....

I don't think that was a real flag. I believe it is material to look like a flag, you can tell by the weight of the material.

Kid Rock is a huge supporter of the President and the troops. He has visited Iraq for the troops ,and always supports them and what they are doing, when asked.

I just wanted to add my .02 cents for what it is worth.

It may appear to be in bad taste, but I think his motives were to show support. I bet anything MTV told him no flags , and he said.. oh yeah how about this?

I would be one of the first people screaming about it if someone trashed our flag.

Just in general, who in the world is thinking up these Superbowl Halftime Craptaculars? What in the heck do they have to do with football? And, why can't they just let the marching bands play? Would be much more entertaining.

I was trying to figure out how to convey this to my wife. This has gotten so stupid and disgusting.

It was a dissapointment. The original half-time show was to feature Michael Jackson and the Cub Scouts.

Maybe MTV can get Janet Jackson to assist in their voter registration drive. You know, Janet could march across the screen bare breasted ranting "sign up and vote for the 911 causing Democrats, and we can than go totally naked and we won't have to worry about our clothes getting burned when the next Democrat caused 911 comes along."

It seems CBS, MTV, and the NFL decided what children should be exposed to tonight. Do you object?

Did you hear the lyrics to the songs? The music was a celebration of crack heads and whores.

Do you think conservative parents should have "changed the channel" or some other equally mindless liberal type solution? You say you don't care what adults do, but do you extend that to us? Can we live our lives without your liberal filth? Can we have football games we can watch with our families? With our children? Does it have to be the "liberal way" every time? Isn't having hollywood, NPR in every market, every network but FOX, PBS, and MTV enough for you liberals? Can't you extend your wonderful "live and let live" to us? Can we watch football without having to listen to your filth? Is that asking too much?

Many parents would have "turned the channel" if they could have. This was no accident - it was an in-your-face insult to conservative parents, grandparents, and the children they cherish.

As a liberal, I don't care what adults choose to view or do. As a teacher and as a parent, I do care that parents get to decide how their children get introduced to sex.

I'm not sure if it's normal for all sheilds, but her's does. I'm guessing she takes private jets and doesn't have to be scanned for metal at airports?

"We were extremely disappointed by elements of the MTV-produced Halftime show. They were totally inconsistent with assurances our office was given about the show. It's unlikely that MTV will produce another Super Bowl halftime."

Why did they expect other than trash from MTV?

I skipped the half-time show. I was busy brewing a batch of beer, anyhow.

I guess I'm just old fashioned, but I'd rather watch a half-time show with military bands playing patriotic songs, and a few fireworks, than a bunch of atonal urban rubbish.

Concur. I'll start watching the Super Bowl again when they lose the helmets and play by Australian footy rules. Maybe.

Until then, there's always Rugby. Much more interesting!

CBS should be fined by the FCC for lewd broadcast!

The FCC does not regulate networks, it regulates individual broadcast stations. It could impose a fine on every CBS affiliate that broadcast the show.

He cut a hole in the middle of the flag and wore it like a poncho. How in the world is that not offensive?

I have Star Spangled boxer shorts. :) They're my favorite.

Everyone needs to boycott Blockbuter Video. They are owned by Viacom (parent company of CBS.)
