Would you stay married if your partner was cheating on you?
I found out my partner is cheating on me! These darn questions keep coming into my brain. What do I do now? I need help making a decision and I need it now!
- Should I run to the nearest divorce attorney and demand satisfaction?
- Or is my partner so important in my life that I should allow this to continue without saying a word?"
- Should I continue to pay all the bills and keep giving out lots of my hard earned money when it goes to further something I hate?
- What did I do that was wrong? I've said out loud to everyone willing to listen that I'm in love, yet my partner bows to the wishes of another man after all?
When I look at the White House and the domestic policies coming from our President, I feel that my vote was used by a man who doesn't love what I love, The United States Of America.
How can he refuse to prosecute criminals that have violated our laws. Do our immigrations laws mean nothing to the man I helped put in the White House? Isn't this aiding and abetting criminals? How can this be considered fulfilling his Oath of Office?
I have supported the Republican Party for 35 years. I voted for our President during the last election because he was a Republican. Henry Lamb is saying, "Stick With President Bush In November".
I ask why should I? What has he done for the American people, inside our borders? He says, "I signed the prescription drug program, (which will cost our senior citizens more money, instead of less for their medical drugs) and the Patriot Act". Well, take a look at this website and see what the MATRIX Program will do for the American citizen who has never been charged or even suspected of a crime. Go ahead, don't be scared. Be informed. After you read about the programs, think what this will do for your "individual freedom".
He has signed more bills helping illegal aliens than he has American citizens. He has done a very poor job with the guardianship of our Southern borders. People are feeling vulnerable and frightened about the invasion of Mexican citizens who have no allegiance to America except for financial gain. He wants their children to go to our colleges without paying the same rates you and I would.
He approves of giving these criminals our taxes to buy new homes for their families. He approves of building new schools for their children, paying their medical bills at our hospitals, giving them blue, pink or green and whatever cards to enable them to become American citizens. These identification cards would grant them all the rights of citizenship without having to join our military forces or serve on our juries, not that I would want them to!
The U.S. Border Patrol has a heavy leash around it's neck that he refuses to remove. They are purposely under budgeted and understaffed to the point where they cannot do 50% of their job properly. The criminals continue to come across our borders EVERY NIGHT at ever increasing numbers with their hands out for our money, our jobs, our free schools and the eventual destruction of our culture.
Yes, I it has got to the point where I am going to make an appointment with the divorce attorney. It's time for me to rid myself of a partner who is cheating on me and my children. Your Honor, President Fox is more of a pimp than a friend to our country, to the American people and our President. He demands our President manipulate the American people, giving them our money and and land, orders which our President is actually obeying!
Your Honor, As I stand here under the American flag, I am requesting that you to grant me a divorce from the Republican Party, and our President. I am refusing to be a prostitute for the Mexican people any longer. I am refusing to give them my freedoms and my liberty which I have earned. This request is based upon this testimony and the hundreds of documents I have previously provided this your court.

Mike has no reason to cheat on me. NO REASON.......:-)
Of course that has nothing to do with the real issue of this thread so I will say that cheating in politics is completely accepted as something that is normal. So can we get someone that will not cheat? And even if you find him would he want to be pres?

"The other possibilty is that just maybe, the Constitutional Party could get some more acceptable (to all of us ) candidates and win in 2008." Not gonna happen, at least not that soon. I'm all for running candidates on a state and local level for the Constitution Party though. Get enough of them to gain some visibility and influence, THEN run one for higher office. It's gonna take some time though, to do it right.

There hasn't been a serious flameflowers used on this site today. The odd ones always pop up but a two gallon pail is enough to dampen their remarks.

We went from "your vote doesn't count" to "if a Dem gets in it will be your fault" as if the President has nothing to do with the way we vote.
His pandering to the illegals had better get into high gear real soon if he expects to replace our vote with theirs.
Take the 12 million figure that the Feds gave us for illegal aliens. Assume there is just a small 1% of us 'misbehaving Conservatives", how many of the 12 million would have to vote Republican to wipe out the effect of our 1%? All of them?
If we get enough, which I think is 15% of the vote in the primaries, then the U.S. Constitution Party candidate would be invited to the debate. That would be quite astep up as far as letting the rest of America know there is a U.S. Constitution Party.
It might take four years of whomever to continue sinking America before the rest of the voters decide enough is enough, it's time to change parties and try the Constitutionalists for a term or two.

There's always someone who wants to be President of the United States. The questions do we want him orher to be President. The past few decades tells me we aren't thinking much about the future.

Stay married, at the least
you can still fuel up your car at a fair price.
You married into a family of wealth people protecting profits before law. The Hapsburg's managed their land wealth via incestuous marriage. North America's wealthiest manage their income via stocks and bonds.
Yes Americans are pissed about the illegal immigration political cover story. Sadly a story which 99% of our politicians and media never address because their is to much money to be made by trafficking humans these days.
From immigration lawyers to home sales most companies earn money via a population increase. Don't forget future tax payments from a needed population increase for the retired boomer's,
The solution is to turn illegal immigrants into loyal Americans Citizens by reforming the immigration system and closing all illegal ways of entering the country. The Bush Plan is a mindless quick fix for election votes.

The two-year-old administration of Mexican President Vicente Fox has not yet succeeded in implementing promised free market reforms in the energy sector. The centerpiece of these planned reforms would be the privatization of PEMEX.
Mexico is the second-largest supplier of crude oil to the United States, behind Saudi Arabia.

It's kinda like rape victims being told in the old days that they'd be better off if next time they should "lay back and try to enjoy it!"
Dad gummit Dubya, you'd better dance with the ones that brung ya, or we ain'ta gonna dance to your tune! It's our tune, not yours that's important! You swore an oath on the Bible to protect the constitution and this SOVEREIGN NATION from all enemies, foreign and domestic!!!
Now straighten up and fly right and do your sworn duty or you'll get fired and I ain'ta gonna take no blame for your bad behavior!!! Who am I gonna vote for? It ain't nobody's business but my own, since it's a SECRET BALLOT anyways!!!

Should you divorce a cheating wife?
Should you divorce Bush?
Well, It's been my experience that men don't divorce their wives unless they've got a likely prospect on the sidelines to replace her.
I suggest you do the same with Bush. Stick with him until you find some one better who can actually get the job.

Exactly.. excellent analogy. If you stay with a 'cheater' then you are in essence are giving your approval. Just like with sexual harassment, if the person consents willingly to the advances then there is no sexual harassment. It is time to say, enough is enough. Being passive will cause a continuation of the status quo and we can only then blame ourselves for our condition.

Meg, the cheerleading isn't going to get us out of this anymore.
Unless maybe you beg Bush to wake the F up.
Hey, here's an idea. How about all the GOP folks change to Independant? That way, you can still vote for whoever you want, but it will send a message to the GOP at the same time?
Would people be willing to do that?

NO!
Not being married, If I was in a relationship with someone and the same question were asked, the answer would again be no!
Trust is trust, if you betray my trust, be it in relationships or friendships, you are history! There is no forgiveness on my part........

I agree with you. When we voted for Bush it we made that decision and basically told him we wanted him. As with a marriage, when we arent happy we should tell the spouse what is wrong so the spouse has a chance to rectify the situation.
To: sfRummygirl
How about informing President, senators, congressmen, leaders of both parties, fundraisers, local party leaders.Tell them you don't like the lack of Border security, the runaway budget, his illegal alien proposition..Texas doesn't have you register dem or rep.ind,etc.

Well, anyone who flames you for that post is a fool, because it was fine.
I definitely support the idea of voting for the best person, and I totally understand the concept of no one is going to be perfect. But the illegal alien thing is just too far for me. If I was living in connecticut or something, maybe it wouldn't bother me yet. But the border town people are losing their rights and their minds, and I can't stomach it anymore.

No they don't! Not in love and relationships......
You may accept sloppy seconds but I don't.........Lest you forget, there once were terms which pertained to females who had multiple sex partners.......
