Would you stay married if your partner was cheating on you?
I found out my partner is cheating on me! These darn questions keep coming into my brain. What do I do now? I need help making a decision and I need it now!
- Should I run to the nearest divorce attorney and demand satisfaction?
- Or is my partner so important in my life that I should allow this to continue without saying a word?"
- Should I continue to pay all the bills and keep giving out lots of my hard earned money when it goes to further something I hate?
- What did I do that was wrong? I've said out loud to everyone willing to listen that I'm in love, yet my partner bows to the wishes of another man after all?
When I look at the White House and the domestic policies coming from our President, I feel that my vote was used by a man who doesn't love what I love, The United States Of America.
How can he refuse to prosecute criminals that have violated our laws. Do our immigrations laws mean nothing to the man I helped put in the White House? Isn't this aiding and abetting criminals? How can this be considered fulfilling his Oath of Office?
I have supported the Republican Party for 35 years. I voted for our President during the last election because he was a Republican. Henry Lamb is saying, "Stick With President Bush In November".
I ask why should I? What has he done for the American people, inside our borders? He says, "I signed the prescription drug program, (which will cost our senior citizens more money, instead of less for their medical drugs) and the Patriot Act". Well, take a look at this website and see what the MATRIX Program will do for the American citizen who has never been charged or even suspected of a crime. Go ahead, don't be scared. Be informed. After you read about the programs, think what this will do for your "individual freedom".
He has signed more bills helping illegal aliens than he has American citizens. He has done a very poor job with the guardianship of our Southern borders. People are feeling vulnerable and frightened about the invasion of Mexican citizens who have no allegiance to America except for financial gain. He wants their children to go to our colleges without paying the same rates you and I would.
He approves of giving these criminals our taxes to buy new homes for their families. He approves of building new schools for their children, paying their medical bills at our hospitals, giving them blue, pink or green and whatever cards to enable them to become American citizens. These identification cards would grant them all the rights of citizenship without having to join our military forces or serve on our juries, not that I would want them to!
The U.S. Border Patrol has a heavy leash around it's neck that he refuses to remove. They are purposely under budgeted and understaffed to the point where they cannot do 50% of their job properly. The criminals continue to come across our borders EVERY NIGHT at ever increasing numbers with their hands out for our money, our jobs, our free schools and the eventual destruction of our culture.
Yes, I it has got to the point where I am going to make an appointment with the divorce attorney. It's time for me to rid myself of a partner who is cheating on me and my children. Your Honor, President Fox is more of a pimp than a friend to our country, to the American people and our President. He demands our President manipulate the American people, giving them our money and and land, orders which our President is actually obeying!
Your Honor, As I stand here under the American flag, I am requesting that you to grant me a divorce from the Republican Party, and our President. I am refusing to be a prostitute for the Mexican people any longer. I am refusing to give them my freedoms and my liberty which I have earned. This request is based upon this testimony and the hundreds of documents I have previously provided this your court.

A better analogy would be that your spouse is putting your retirement fund into investments other than the ones you would put them in.
Unfortunately, in a marrieage, the woman is to submit to the husband and he has the final decision - and responsibility for the outcome of that decision.
In this example, you only "married" the man for a four year term. If you don't like the way things are going, by all means, refuse to extend the relationship. Unfortunately, you are going to get a relationship with SOMEONE, so you better decide if he would be better or worse than the other "someone."

You're stuck with either the 'Rat nominee or Dubya whether you vote or not.
Wrong. The Republican primaries have yet to occur.

Well, there is also the situation of inviting your neighbors to come live in your house and you pay for their medical bills and when they have kids they automatically become your kids.
But, if you get rid of her then you cannot be alone because a NOW/NARAL feminist will take her place and also allow the neighbors to come live at your house but will also invite Barbra Streisand and Bill Clinton to run your investments. Either way you are screwed, but living with your wife is not really as bad as it initially sounded.

The other possibilty is that just maybe, the Constitutional Party could get some more acceptable (to all of us ) candidates and win in 2008.

You're stuck with either the 'Rat nominee or Dubya whether you vote or not. Did I say I wouldn't be? And yet you think that fact should nonetheless motivate me to vote for one or the other I'll be "stuck with...whether you vote or not." You Bush partisans have about as good an understanding of voter psychology as the Bolsheviks did.

This will sober up the Bush is too liberal crowd real fast:) /This crowd are too close to being dims to understand. They don't care about banning partial birth abortion, tax cuts, conservative (Constitutional) judges, banning gay marriage, the war on terror, ... and the list goes on.
Some admit to being one issue voters. Regardless, they want THEIR idea of perfection, and anyone who will not give them that are bad.
They don't want someone taking small steps to make a difference - they want a giant leap.

Choosing celibacy doesn't mean "La Ronde ne marche plus," it just means you choose to get off the merry-go-round.
Yeah sure, after November you get to get off the merry go round and President Kerry will not have any effect whatsoever on your life. Suuuuuuurrrrrre.
When Kerry appoints the next Ruth Bader-Ginsburg that will have no effect at all on you. Unless you have a machine to take you to an alternate plane of existence, a non-vote is still a vote.

No, I don't feel better. Giving up what I thought were true friends, even when you find out they've been lying isn't easy.

"This crowd are too close to being dims to understand."
With all due respect, you are wrong. They are angry and justifiably so at Dubya's liberal leanings. So am I, and I have at least 400 posts to that effect. The amnesty folly for many was the last straw, and being a Californian I can well understand the wrath endemic to same. Bush, for whatever reason, is trying to be all things to all people, and this is not conducive to securing the base of the party.
He has very bad advisors, and appears to be somewhat removed from the great unwashed, which is a damn shame! I will vote for him not because I like him, but in spite of my overall opinion of him....and if you think this makes me happy to vote in this way, and for this reason, I have a 3rd mtg on the Brooklyn Bridge for sale. The dem's as far as I am conserned, are no better than commies, so my choice is clear.
