IT sure is hard to juggle your wife and your girlfriends - just ask billionaire investor George Soros.

The 73-year-old Soros seems to be trying to patch things up with his wife of 20 years, Susan, by spending weekends with her and their two sons at their upstate Bedford estate. But he's also been seeing a string of lovely ladies on the side.

There was once a guy who owned a talking dog. One day he needed a newspaper, so he gave the dog a ten dollar bill and told him to go buy one. He waited 15 minutes, then a half hour, then an hour, but the dog didn't return. Worried, he put on his coat and went out to see what was wrong. A block down the street he saw his valuable dog, humping a female poodle.

"Spot!" he cried, "you've never done this!"

"Yeah," said the dog, "but I've never had money!"

"frisky financier?" How about scum financier. Could it be that Mr. Soros is afraid that Mrs. Soros will walk away with half or more of the assets?

But lately, George and Susan have been spending weekends together, and appeared to be heading toward a reconciliation.

Seems Soros is a afraid of a divorce settlement

A spokesman for Soros told us: "Mr. Soros does not comment on rumors about his personal life. His private life is private." Susan Soros did not return calls.

Hmmm....

I see...

No one can know how Soros lives his life, but he can tell Americans how they should live their lives.

If Richard Mellon Scaife had done this, it would lead DNN....er, CNN and the pundits would be saying that the Republicans should "distance themselves" from Scaife

I am part Hungarian-American, and my wife is all Hungarian. There has been a running joke in our household about men from Hungary men being philandering bastards. Mister Soros now adds to a very long personal list of cheating magyar males.

Would anyone like to share their insight into this phenomenon ?

HEY!!!

You may wish (?) to claim that Magyars are proficient roamers....but there are quite a few ethnic groups who are not exactly models of continence, either.
