I'm with you, Jorge. That's my line-up too.

I just reviewed the thread and it looks like we called this race closer than anybody else.

We put Kerry on top and Gephardt on the bottom (4th place). Bingo.

The only thing we got wrong was the middle. How ironic that the Breck Girl kicked Howard Mean's butt so badly. Delightful.

Phony beats Crazy every time

Dead right. Isn't it just a bit depressing that between 40 and 55 % of Americans will end up voting for one of these politicians?

If Edwards starts winning, NC may re-warm to him. He will could well start winning in the South if he can beat Clark in SC. He could be another Clinton/Carter/combo, and "southern fried" still sells down South.

Dean has taken a blow. It could be that his strength was exaggerated all along. Or it could be that once a broader electorate began to take part, he never had the touted strength to begin with. Fun to see GA Jimmy now saying he is not "really" (or some kind of disclaimer) for Dean. Could Miz Ann of TX be the next to "clarify" her endorsement?

Is Kerry one 'o them thar' metrosexuals we have been hearing about lately? This categoy of person would fit in public America 2004 AD.

But if Dean pulls out a #2 in New Hampshire after tonight, is he "the comeback kid?" Could be and Fred Barnes reminded all that he's not dead yet reminding us that Bush came in third in Iowa.

Brit Hume will moderate the next "debate." Some tough questions for a change, perhaps?

So you're the one who kept calling that poor old woman on CSPAN!

I'm a very bad man.

[All the genders? How many genders are in Iowa?]

Including the sheep, or not?

There are normal sheep and metrosexual sheep, depending on where they live and their income level.

I think Kerry is a very weak debater

Not in a partisan context. If you had watched the Kerry-Weld debates for the Senate, you would know that Kerry is a very strong debater indeed. The issue is whether Kerry can sell class warfare light and his war record to cut into the Bush zones. At this juncture, Kerry is clearly Bush's strongest opponent. I just don't yet believe in Edwards as having the necessary elements.

But, mind you, he has not talked to Kerry since that day and just happened to decide to look him up a short time ago.

Even though he claims to have been following Kerry's political career for years, he just saw Kerry's book in a bookstore something like a week ago - saw a part about the incident but didn't buy the book.

Uh huh.

Yes and if I could speak to him, I'd tell him his campaign was A MISERABLE FAILURE.

I'm really gonna miss my tagline. Glad he poofed, but 'way too soon. I wanted the Lazy Union Thugs to squander a whole LOT more money on the freaky-looking throwback.

Given some of the posts earlier in the thread, that's not an unreasonable inference. When the guy with the ponytail gave out his PIN number on C-SPAN, there were a number of people urging that someone call in and report bogus vote totals. Not nice.

Just a little laughing at the stupidity of the guy giving out that PIN on national TV..Over and over and over! If they can provide proof that anyone here followed up on it THEN they might have a point. Wheres the Proof?? They don't have it because it didn't happen.
