Prayers for MamaB in the Loss of Her Daughter, Jan

MamaB notified a friend through FReepmail that she lost her daughter Jan on Thursday evening, January 15. Jan has suffered from Crohn's disease and other illnesses for some time but this evening she started having seizures and had a heart attack. Jan was about 25 years old and has been ill since she was 18 or 19.

Dear Friend,

Your daughter Jan has now crossed the threshold and she is now with God. My condolences to you and your family at the loss of your dear child. May your faith and hope in God sustain you thru this rough time and may our prayers for Jan be raised on high. I pray in Jesus' name. Amen.

I got back into town late last night and saw this thread. Our Parish has been praying for Jan for weeks! I'm sure the Angels welcomed her to Paradise! I'll put a notice in next week's bulletin and we'll pray for the repose of Jan's soul, and for peace for Mama B and all her family.

Just DAMN! My wife has Crohns and it is a battle. She is wasting away. Tests next week but bottom line, they can't do $hit about it. It is hard to watch a beautiful woman waste away.
