Attorney Ken Connor on Greta tonight (update on saving Terri Schiavo)
On the Record with Greta Van Sustern

There is still time to tune in Greta tonight, She will be interviewing Florida State's Attorney Ken Connor tonight regarding the Terri Schiavo law and lawsuit.
The latest we HAD heard on this was that a new judge, Judge Nelly Khouzam 'may' have taken over on the Terri Schiavo constitutionality question, effective January 1st 2004.
Judge Baird may have RUSHED to judge this law, holding a 'quickie' mini-hearing on his LAST DAY as judge in civil court.
Judge Baird claimed he had heard enough to make a ruling on summary judgement, but he appears to have been barred from ruling before other issues get decided later this month.
Judges Baird and Khouzam seem to be fighting over which of them will be able to eventually decide this case. This case is no longer in Judge Baird's jurisdiction.
Attorney Felos and Michael Schiavo have been VERY quiet on this subject since January 1st. That seems to indicate they are scared and may be on very thin ice at the moment. Terri MAY be winning. Any news we learn from Ken Connor should be VERY intersting!
Greta's show is on at 10pm eastern on FoxNews channel, with a repeat at 3am Saturday morning.
Here is another important recent thread... Update On Terri Schiavo, or, Being a Judge Means Never Having to Say, "I was Wrong"

told Terri's brother Bobby to get over there immediately, and Michael was sitting on the couch, reading a magazine (not holding Terri in his arms like he told Larry King). It was Bobby that first issued CPR, even though Michael KNEW CPR! He was reading a flipping magazine???
Pacing the floor in a panic not know what to do is very understandable
But reading a flipping magazine??

This is one thread I hope everyone reads, it is very informative. Bump to the top everyone, she still needs our prayers!

This is an important point. We need to e-mail Greta and others about the fluid on the brain.

We all should thank Greta for the interview and encourage in a polite and supportive way to have more about Terri. If she gets a large positive response, she is more likely to cover Terri again.

Greta: George, can you give me an update? In the last couple of months, I mean in terms of you know, what her condition is? Whether she is being MEDICATED as Ken has questioned? Felos: Terri's condition is essentially the SAME as it has been the past thirteen years... HE DIDN'T SAY NO.. This means she IS BEING DRUGGED.

I just emailed Greta and gave her an internet hug.

Michael first called Terri's father that night in 1990, and said "I'm sorry Bob, but Terri is DEAD"This scenario makes a lot of sense.
Thanks for the pings, FL-engineer.

Connor mentions Terri may be medicated when Greta asks how she is now. This makes a lot of sense, too.
And what if she was "sleep deprived" or drugged or at the time the doctors examined her?
Wouldn't that make her reactions be non-existent, minimal, or sluggish?

Felos:
This is the worst civil rights violation we've seen in Florida by the government probably in the last 30 years.Felos doesn't mean to tell the truth, but he is.
The Florida courts have been violating her rights.
And, of course, Felos neglects to mention one important fact... He is part of the circus troupe that is violating Terri's rights.

Thank you, FL_engineer for transcribing. Greta is great!
Hope she has Dr. Hammesfahr on next. He could dispell a many myths about Terri's condition. As he said in his Highway2Health interview, Felos has had 10 years to put out misinformation to the public, while never making Terri's medical records public.
Oh, I noticed Ken Connor said US SUPREME COURT, not US District Court (as I posted earlier). If the FL Supremes back up Greer, Baird and Demers, Connor plans to go onward and upward!

For once I agree with Felos. He and the Florida judges sure have violated Terri's rights in the most outragous manner. Amazing that a person who possibly tried to murder her is kept on as her guardian.

But reading a flipping magazine??
Yes, but Jay Wolfson declared the popular Michael R. Schiavo a "loving and caring husband." Perhaps he was contemplating his future plans at that time. He is surely a popular person in the FL of the 21st Century. If not popular with all, he is popular with the judges, and that's what counts in this sordid affair. Shame on the FL judiciary!

Demers won't allow Terri to have a GAL as of yesterday. The Sick Circuit makes a ruling on another FREAKY FRIDAY. It reminds me of the way Clinton released news on Fridays.

IMO, Terri's money paid for Felos legal feels (secret fee petition) and also paid for the FANCY HOME THAT MICHAEL SHARES WITH JODI AND THEIR TWO OFFSPRING. Buying a home with Terri's money is a good way to launder money and provides a roof over the new family's head.
