There is still time to tune in Greta tonight, She will be interviewing Florida State's Attorney Ken Connor tonight regarding the Terri Schiavo law and lawsuit.

The latest we HAD heard on this was that a new judge, Judge Nelly Khouzam 'may' have taken over on the Terri Schiavo constitutionality question, effective January 1st 2004.

Judge Baird may have RUSHED to judge this law, holding a 'quickie' mini-hearing on his LAST DAY as judge in civil court.

Judge Baird claimed he had heard enough to make a ruling on summary judgement, but he appears to have been barred from ruling before other issues get decided later this month.

Judges Baird and Khouzam seem to be fighting over which of them will be able to eventually decide this case. This case is no longer in Judge Baird's jurisdiction.

Attorney Felos and Michael Schiavo have been VERY quiet on this subject since January 1st. That seems to indicate they are scared and may be on very thin ice at the moment. Terri MAY be winning. Any news we learn from Ken Connor should be VERY intersting!

Greta's show is on at 10pm eastern on FoxNews channel, with a repeat at 3am Saturday morning.

Terri starts out apparently asleep. A doctor wakes her to start his tests.

Doctor: Terri. Open your eyes up...

Terri: (Startled at hearing her name. She starts moving her mouth and fluttering her eyes, like a person who is just waking up)

Doctor: Open your eyes, Terri open your eyes

Terri: (slowly at first, Terri struggles to open her eyes, then turns toward the doctor, and opens her eyes a normal amount)

Doctor: There you go, good.

Terri: (then, either to show off(?) or wanting to perform well, she leans further forward toward the doctor, looks straight at him and opens her eyes as WIDE AS SHE CAN. Note the WRINKLES ACROSS HER FOREHEAD caused by her also RAISING HER EYEBROWS as high as possible )

Doctor: [now obviously impressed] GOOD!! GOOD JOB! GOOD JOB YOUNG LADY! Good Job.

Connor says the case is headed for the FL Supreme Court.
FeelLousy says court is waiting for appeals court to rule on a couple issues.

FL says Terri will die in a "painless manner" - Connor disputes that - asks why MS did not tell civil jury Terri wanted to die in this manner.

FL getting weepy about Terri's "civil rights being violated." (GAG)

Connor mentions NO WRITTEN directions.

Connor points out "hundreds of thousands of dollars" back when MS began these proceedings.

Connor mentions Terri may be medicated when Greta asks how she is now.

Felos says no medication - "No cerebral cortex - no awareness - nothing can help this poor girl."

Connor says if he and Bush can get this before a jury they will try to get it heard in US District Court.

Correction:

Greta asked Felos if there was any money left, and if MS had life insurance on Terri (I think that was how she put it)...

Felos said "not a penny" re: insurance, and he said there was hardly any money left in the trust fund.

Connor responded that when MS first asked the court to remove the feeding tube there were "hundreds of thousands of dollars [MS would inherit]"

Felos is NO DOCTOR and has no place in reporting his own medical opinions.

In contrast to that, on the latest Highway2Health broadcast, Neurology DOCTOR Hammesfahr STRONGLY disputed that! Dr. Hammesfahr says Terri has a normal amount of cortex, but it is being compressed by fluid on her brain that NEEDS to be shunted off. He says Terri would immediately start feeling much better after just that one simple procedure, and she would probably start showing noticible improvements, even before any of the other therapy thats been withheld for so many years!

I also just started listening to the earlier Highway2Health broadcast from 1/7/2004, where the doctor released some shocking news I hadn't heard before ... Michael first called Terri's father that night in 1990, and said "I'm sorry Bob, but Terri is DEAD"! Bob Schindler told Terri's brother Bobby to get over there immediately, and Michael was sitting on the couch, reading a magazine (not holding Terri in his arms like he told Larry King). It was Bobby that first issued CPR, even though Michael KNEW CPR!

Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks that the love of parents for this dear child is stronger than the many years Terri has suffered at the hands of ungodly men. Thank You, Father God, that Terri knows this, and how she must cling to the strength of that love as she is imprisoned in the most horrific circumstances devised by men.

How long, O Lord, must she endure? How long, O Lord, must we carry this righteous anger against such evil? How long, O Lord, will the guilty remain unpunished? How long, O Lord, will the merchants of death be visible on television screens, spewing lies and strutting in pride that the murder of this dear one is merciful and painless, the kindest of acts?

O God, sometimes it is too much for us, but even in our deepest sorrow for this dear woman, we acknowledge that You are in control, that You are Sovereign God, and Your hand is upon Terri, and that You are working in the affairs of men. Strengthen the Schindler family, for they, above all, have suffered and endured beyond all understanding. Keep them strong, both spiritually and physically, that they soon will see the day when their beloved daughter is returned to their care, to be loved and cherished for all the days You have measured for her.

Heavenly Father, we are sick with grief at the injustice in the hands of a few. The courts are perverted ... justice has become what man decides at the moment, rather than the letter of the law.
