A few years back, I cooked up some acorn squash. Scooped them out, mixed an egg, some pumpkin pie seasoning, butter and brown sugar, poured it into a graham cracker crust and baked it.
Squash pie. Yum.

WILD SALMON : I catch my own about once/wk in my backyard
SOY : Gimme a break
SPINACH : uncooked only, in salads
TEA: No, beer
TOMATOES: Of course, in pizza
TURKEY : On rye, with dark deli mustard

Those babies freeze up real nice too. I usually make about 4 loaves this time of year and freeze three of them. They are so moist when defrosted. Zuchini bread does nice in the freezer too.

Sorry, that was a typo. Just ordinary vitamin E and C. The alpha lipoic acid makes a much larger difference. When I was 30 I started getting skin tags, especially when I was stressed out. The alpha lipoic acid is shinking the skin tags. It seems to be very powerful stuff.
