Does OBR have sources in the NJ Democratic Party?

I used to like O'Reilly but he has turned into such a pompous blowhard. Reminds me of Bill Clinton. They lean back, get this poopy eating grin on their face then tell all around what's what. The smug "smart people". Boring.

Every book he writes is the same.... I read his second book and I couldn't really distinguish it from the first one. No wonder his third or latter, sold poorly. I have'm but they were gifts. Invasion is much better.

Couldn't happen to a bigger phoney! Go Matt slap him again.
Remember a while back when billie was bragging about the number he did on the npr babe? PURE BARBARA STREISAND! I wasted 45 mins waiting for the smack down - he objected but really didn't pin her ears back. I think franken is a commie swine but; when he goes after this phoney - well it brings back the Iran/Iraq when you didn't know who to root for or against. billie and he drugs and gay adoption etc. can ride off into the sunset for my money.
GO MATT SLAP HIM AGAIN!

Maybe if O'Reilly was a Democrat (or Republican) the respective party would buy his book and give them away as party favors as the DNC does.

It is outrageous to say Matt Drudge is bad for Democracy. Sounds like the arrogant Mr. O'Reilly is a long ways from any real no spin zone. Also Drudge does not deserve to be lumped together with crazies like Michael Moore.

I would say a threat to democracy is people who wish others death for writing about them...
Bill, you are lame and becoming more full of yourself everytime you see yourself in a Fox studio monitor...take a vacation and do some SERIOUS soul searching...for your own good.

O'Reilly is totally pompous and opinionated. About a quarter of the things he says I want to smack him.
But the other three quarters - he is a valuable asset to the conservative cause. He is a hugely popular member of the media who is a bulldog in bringing to awareness a highly ignored subject up until now - the systemic destruction of the traditional classic American way of life by the left.
(Rush calls them "termites" because they gnaw away at the foundations of everything)
As far as the "fight" is concerned, it's just publicity. Drudge is having fun making hay of it too. Whatever gets people to pay attention to you.

Jesus and /or Santa could make me very happy this Christmas if they let me have one present Dec. 25 - a chance to bitch-slap that smirk off O'Reily's yankee mug.

O'Reilly called the DRUDGE REPORT a "threat to democracy."Months ago when O'Reilly had Podhoretz on his program, he either didn't know why he had invited him, or forgot what it is that Podhoretz does. Consquently he wrapped his syntax around his teeth and proceeded to make a classic ass out of himself.
Why he has morphed himself into a nincompoop escapes me, but, unfortunately that is exactly what he has done.
The evening he had Ann Coulter on his program was a real laugh. He didn't know what to say to her as she talks so fast, makes so many great points, is obviously much smarter than Bill and could make a fool of O'Reilly with ease. As it was he, as usual, made a fool of himself.

I suspect the important issue is whether or not Drudge spelled O'Reilly's name right ... if so, this is good publicity for both of them .... and pure garbage for the rest of us.

I'm not a big fan of O'Reilly's either, although sometimes he's right on the mark, such as championing the cause of Col. West.
I was wondering about the numbers that Drudge reported for book sales for 2003. Haven't some of these books been on the market longer than O'Reilly's? In that case you would have to compare weekly sales when his book was first released, not the whole year.
Regardless, if O'Reilly said what is being reported, he's a fool. For heaven's sake, Drudge is only reporting book sales and O'Reilly can refute it on his show.
