Good point. As a health care professional, I am constantly inundated with inservicing and workshops about "culturally sensitive care" and all that garbage. I get SUCH a charge out of being told that certain "cultures" do not "perceive of time in the same way" that western cultures do.

Translation: they will be late to every appointment, IF they show up. And we aren't to say a word, it's just "their way."

Anyways, on your experience with these, ahem, "other cultures." I bet if there is a 20 DVD on sale at WalMart when the door open at 6:00 AM, they'll be there. Furthermore with the cost of medical care so high, yould think administrators wouldn't waist one second of high skilled/high cost professionals. But what do I know.
