The members of the Senate Intelligence Committee have access to our governments most sensitive secrets. The lives of Americas soldiers and intelligence agents depend on their using that knowledge responsibly. It is now clear that certain partisan members of this vital committee have conspired to misuse their positions, influence, and access to classified information to undermine President Bush during the 2004 campaign season. Sounds like the methods used by the communists in the UN security council during Korea and Vietnam conflicts.
Miliary actions planned by US had to be submitted through the UN security council who shared it with their friends.
Course, that's all tinfoil stuff.
The demoncrats actions certainly sound similar, though.

From the poll on this website
Which party can be trusted with America's national security?
Democrats 4 (1.65%)
Republicans 213 (88.02%)
Libertarians 3 (1.24%)
Greens 1 (0.41%)
None of the Above 21 (8.68%)
All right! Who are the 4 rats? Confess now and it will go easy on you.

I wish I could say I'm surprised that the memo hasn't gotten the press coverage it should have, but it is a trend in reporting to ignore any blunder by a Democrat and instead focus intense attention on making Republicans into evil tyrants.
After all, the RATs in Sacramento were caught by dozens of reporters and Republicans with the open mike during the caucus meeting where they talked about all the possible political gain to be had by dragging out the budget process. The story went through the papers so quick you'd think it never had have happened.
But we were subject to weeks and weeks about a supposed lie in the State of the Nation speech that virtually every article confirms as being the truth - that there was a report, that the report investigation was inconclusive, that the report came from a questionable source, and that the English still stand by the report.
Perhaps someone should doctor up a similarly sounding memo, this time casting a dark shadow on Republicans, and see how quickly reporters will gobble it up and plaster it across the newspapers on the front page. Perhaps even tip off the NY Post and other right leaning publications so that the scam can be exposed, and left leaning papers can demonstrate to all how quickly they'll put out junk.

For any newbies, Free Republic Network (FRN) is the activism arm of FR.
FRN sponsors FRN Radio, works with and provides support to all our chapters and chapter leaders, sponsored the FR Support the Troops rallies, sponsors the annual FReeps Ahoy Cruise, and initiates a zillion other projects and programs that keep the conservative movement humming and the liberals gnashing their teeth.
FRN is a diamond in the FR tiara!
The link to the FRN site is at the top of each Latest Posts page. Read it and keep up with the latest buzz.
FRN is where it's at, man.....cool, energetic freepers involved in it and moving the earth.
Be involved with FRN yourselves, bookmark the site and get in the swing. We're on a roll!
