I just wish we would hear more about the possibility (or even probability) that the HINO may have been responsible for her condition in the first place. I wish we would publicly hear more of the testimony of the other nurse and the aide and that of his ex-girlfriend. I wish we would hear more on the exam that showed Terri as being alert and also testimony from forensic pathologists about the bone scan. Let's face it, not everybody watches the Fox News channel, so I suspect that relatively few people have actually heard about the bone scan at all. The public focus has been and still is being FAR too skewed to favor Michael and his demon lawyer.

Not that whitewashes should surprise us. Abortion has been whitewashed. Sodomy has been whitewashed. And now execution of the disabled upon telling a sincere sounding lie about their wishes is being whitewashed.

Besides violating Terri Schiavo's right to privacy, Michael Schiavo's lawsuit against Bush contends that the hastily passed law that authorized the governor to intervene violated the separation-of-power provision of the Florida Constitution.

An attorney for Bush tried to block the lawsuit on procedural grounds, filing with the 2nd District Court of Appeal on Monday. That appeal triggered an automatic stay of Michael Schiavo's action, prompting his attorney, George Felos, to file a motion Wednesday to override the stay so the case can move forward.

What happened today means that Bush hasn't lost his appeal for venue, or where the lawsuit over constitutionality will be heard. That appeal will still go the 2nd District Court of Appeal.

Baird did say that the stay which was triggered by Bush's appeal will be lifted, meaning MS can still battle the constitionality lawsuit before Baird pending the Appeal Court's decision.

The 'stay' lifted is not the stay signed into law ordering Terri's feeding to resume.

Yeah, it happened here too. It was for a local office. Then the person lost, even with all the challenged ballots included (big surprise in this RAT infested county). After about the umpteenth recount, turns out she lost by only 4 votes and she was pitching a fit because she had been told she'd win.

This pronunciation of "model husband" was done when? In the initial malpractice lawsuit when everything was hunky dory? Or in the kill-Terri litigation? Felos is just so, so LIAR. Yank everything out of context to "prove" what is patently not true.

Again, Creator God, the life of Terri has been put before another judge and, again, Creator God, she is being relegated to not being worthy of life, on the testimony of one who loves her not.

I finally called the Court representative back again Ron Stewart. He is the Liason between the courts and the public.

I called because I am interested in the Probate Case Before Greer. This is the case where the Schindlers have filed to remove Michael as Guardian. Judge Greer had a hearing Wed Nov 5th. On November 5th Judge Greer denied Michaels motion to dismiss. Judge greer said that he would not dismiss the Schindlers request, specifically he would have to answer for the Schindlers saying Michael hadd a conflict of interest, and there was one more thing I forget what it is right now.

Anyway I called back again today for the 3rd time and finally reached Ron Stewart on his cell phone. The other times I left a message on his other number, presumidly his office phone number.He said he called me back but I ddin't answer which is a lie, I have been home all day. Then he said that perhaps he mis dialed. Whatever this is what he told me.

he said that he had just left Judge Greers office a half an hour ago and Ron was speaking with Judge Greers assistant. Judge Greer has not scheduled another hearing on the Schindlers "remove michael" lawsuit. Ron said that Judge greer would not schedule another hearing until after the Jeb Bush this is unconstituitional case is done and over with.

I pushed Ron and said why? The two cases are not related. Ron said that no they are related and from what he understands the Jeb Bush this is Unconstituitional case will decide everything (Ron took this information away after walking out of Greer's office a half an hour ago).

Now I get it. Judge Greer threw out Michaels requst to throw out the "Get Rid of Michael as Guardian" case by the Schindlers. However he is failing to schedule the next hearing on the case.

What he is doing and Ron the Court representative just Confirmed it, he is tying the two cases together, and he won't proceed with Get rid of Michael until the Jeb Bush case is settled.

If the Jeb Bush case goes against Terri then they will pull out her feeding tube and she will die. Then probably Judge Gree will say, "gee I never got around to scheduling the "Get Rid of Michael" case, guess I don't have to any more, she's dead."

Flat out Ron Stewart said that Greers office said that he won't do anything until AFTER the Jeb Bush case is decided.

Also the only people who get to know when a hearing is scheduled are the lawyers. The public does not have any need to know when hearings are scheduled. If we want to find out when the next hearing is scheduled we will have to get it from Terrisight.Orgs web site as Ron says he thinks Terri's lawyers are putting the information there.

MS agreed with Larry King that "nobody talks about death" and yet his attorney says Michael "promised" Terri he would kill her if she became disabled? All this occurred presumably by telepathy in the presence of Terri's friends yet was accepted as "clear and convincing evidence" by the court? What a sick joke.

Felos did NOT repeat that MS won't "get a single penny" from Terri's death, as he has said in the past. Instead he launched into an argument that since spouses are MOST OFTEN also beneficiaries of the disabled spouse's estate, finding a conflict of interest would effectively place guardianship of disabled persons with loving spouses into state guardianship.

Which is a thoroughly rotten argument, since most spouses are indeed loving and not seeking to profit from the death of their disabled partner while spawning illegitimate children right and left. It's Michael's infidelity that makes him unfit to be Terri's guardian, in addition to being the sole person with her at the time of her 'collapse' AND being the beneficiary of her estate.

My Reply- HA! It is about the money. It has always been about the money. Most spouces are not denying their disabled spouces, wheel chairs, Holy Communion, melting of ther spouces wedding and engagment ring into theri won jewlery. etc. etc. ad nausium!

Why it doesn't matter if Mikey's guardianship qualifications stink to high heaven and its removal would mean no more death for Terri because he loses his standing. By cracky let's hurry up and invoke the all trumping "right to privacy" and get Terri killed!
