I finally called the Court representative back again Ron Stewart. He is the Liason between the courts and the public.

I called because I am interested in the Probate Case Before Greer. This is the case where the Schindlers have filed to remove Michael as Guardian. Judge Greer had a hearing Wed Nov 5th. On November 5th Judge Greer denied Michaels motion to dismiss. Judge greer said that he would not dismiss the Schindlers request, specifically he would have to answer for the Schindlers saying Michael hadd a conflict of interest, and there was one more thing I forget what it is right now.

Anyway I called back again today for the 3rd time and finally reached Ron Stewart on his cell phone. The other times I left a message on his other number, presumidly his office phone number.He said he called me back but I ddin't answer which is a lie, I have been home all day. Then he said that perhaps he mis dialed. Whatever this is what he told me.

he said that he had just left Judge Greers office a half an hour ago and Ron was speaking with Judge Greers assistant. Judge Greer has not scheduled another hearing on the Schindlers "remove michael" lawsuit. Ron said that Judge greer would not schedule another hearing until after the Jeb Bush this is unconstituitional case is done and over with.

I pushed Ron and said why? The two cases are not related. Ron said that no they are related and from what he understands the Jeb Bush this is Unconstituitional case will decide everything (Ron took this information away after walking out of Greer's office a half an hour ago).

Now I get it. Judge Greer threw out Michaels requst to throw out the "Get Rid of Michael as Guardian" case by the Schindlers. However he is failing to schedule the next hearing on the case.

What he is doing and Ron the Court representative just Confirmed it, he is tying the two cases together, and he won't proceed with Get rid of Michael until the Jeb Bush case is settled.

If the Jeb Bush case goes against Terri then they will pull out her feeding tube and she will die. Then probably Judge Gree will say, "gee I never got around to scheduling the "Get Rid of Michael" case, guess I don't have to any more, she's dead."

Flat out Ron Stewart said that Greers office said that he won't do anything until AFTER the Jeb Bush case is decided.

Also the only people who get to know when a hearing is scheduled are the lawyers. The public does not have any need to know when hearings are scheduled. If we want to find out when the next hearing is scheduled we will have to get it from Terrisight.Orgs web site as Ron says he thinks Terri's lawyers are putting the information there.

Why it doesn't matter if Mikey's guardianship qualifications stink to high heaven and its removal would mean no more death for Terri because he loses his standing. By cracky let's hurry up and invoke the all trumping "right to privacy" and get Terri killed!

Greer is probably following the law, as unfair as it seems. I don't know whether he has discretion to schedule the guardianship hearing immediately or not but Pat Anderson can always file a motion to demand a hearing, the same way Felos files motions to speed things up. In Greer's mind, if the Constitutionality lawsuit is decided in MS's favor, the guardianship hearing will be moot.

I think from what Felos said today (on the radio), he intends to force the Schindlers to carry out the dehydration/starvation order imposed by Greer EVEN IF Michael loses custody of Terri. After all, the court ordered it, so it must be good for Terri!

Thanks for the update on the case to dismiss Michael S. as guardian. Judge Greer is passing the buck by not hearing this case. It sounds like we need to Freep Judge Greer. I was hoping that Judge Greer finally saw the light and Michael would be removed.

But if he is delaying because of Jeb Bush .. then why did he appoint a Guardian Ad Litem??

As for the trial dates .. can't a Freedom of Information Act be filed to get the info

Hey, Terri fighters, I am going to take a freeper break, as I have health issues I have to deal with....nothing life threatening, but just know my prayers are still with Terri, and all of you good hearted people, as well.

Perhaps people would like to call Bushes office, Ashcroft, Bob Marshall, etc. to let them know that not only has Terri been denied rehabilitation for 10 years which is against the law but that after Terri got hydration and sustenance this last time that she is still being denied the rehab. Ask them what are they doing about it. Report back what you find out.
