I feel the same way. I truly believe that if the court system would stop protecting Michael so much, that they would see how he has subverted the system, with the help of George Felos. Felos is using Michael and Michael is using Felos, and neither one of them really cares one bit about Terri.

Her husband says Terri wouldn't want to live this way.

He doesn't want to live with her that way is the way I see that. We don't really have any way of knowing what she wants. Even if she had made some casual comments, without specifics, she would have had little understanding of the ramifications of what taking them literally would mean. The other awful thing is that even people who make living wills, once they get into the middle of what they willed for themselves, may have an abrupt change of mind and there is no way out if they have cognition remaining but can't communicate.

If a person is truly near the very end of a terminal illness, I might view the situation a little differently; still it seems cruel to withhold nutrition and water.

Maybe I shouldn't say it, but if Terri were to miraculously wake up and see what she was in the middle of, she could very well become suicidal and require another kind of therapy for the rest of her life because of the betrayal. You don't get over that kind of betrayal.

On the other hand, maybe she would forgive him. Who knows?

If there really is a judgement day, it ought to be interesting. This could be God's way of testing people (not that God caused it), to see how they will play the hand they've been dealt. I would expect the Schindlers to pass with flying colors.

I would like a post with all the sourced info we have on Jerger.

All the info we have on Jodi Centonze (who misspells words on documents, or someone does, probably to deflect exactly this kind of research, is that a possible explanation?)-unless we have the wrong person....any way to check?

And all the info we have on Wolfson's background.

I read above that the guardian question has been make and it is this man.

The connections between Jerger the doctor now assigned and Michael Shiavo mistress's family, the connections between the Guardian and his connections to this...

It is starting to do worse than stink...it is starting to look like a total put up job against Terri and I want to HELP TEAR DOWN THIS CORRUPTION that is being done in an attempt to keep Terri quiet about her accident....permanently.

The faster Terri is out of the picture, the better for all of these judges, lawyers, guardians, doctors, insurance companys, hospice org. and those who helped with the state funding practices.

Okay, this is pure speculation based on the seemingly tightly woven network of corruption surrounding the death industry in Florida, but suppose that some of the insurers backed off on purpose. I mean, if people who are getting too costly to maintain are being systematically eliminated in Florida, as some have proposed, then what's the big deal about paying out a settlement in a case such as this? Might have just been a favor to Greer, or one of the other players. I mean, if they were getting regular "referrals" they were probably saving a bundle.

I am curious here about how these lawsuits can be filed under Terri's name when she has supposedly been deemed
incapacitated (sp)?? and unable to make a concious decision. Can Michael file for her under her name?

And I agree with everything you said in the post above. The idea of self-sacrifice is looked at with scorn and suspicion these days.

According to Terri's parents, they did NOT know about the abuse. Her brother, Bobby, knew but had kept it from them. I believe they said they didn't know until the time of the case in which they first attempted to have the HINO removed as guardian.

They lived in an apartment. Were there stairs in the apartment? It is kind of unusual, although possible. It seems that if that were the case it would have been mentioned, though, if for no other reason than it would make the HINO look less guilty. I wouldn't think it would be too hard to find out. Someone at the vigil could simply ask Bobby (who lived in the same apartment complex).

Michael can, as Terri's guardian, enter into lawsuits in her name. That's why he feels he has the authority to take away her feeding tube now. Here's the statute part that is applicable from the guardianship laws:

"(3) Rights that may be removed from a person by an order determining incapacity and which may be delegated to the guardian include the right:

(a) To contract.

(b) To sue and defend lawsuits.

(c) To apply for government benefits.

(d) To manage property or to make any gift or disposition of property.

(e) To determine his or her residence.

(f) To consent to medical and mental health treatment.

(g) To make decisions about his or her social environment or other social aspects of his or her life."

I almost can't stand what I am reading here. Surely I don't understand most of it...

taxrelief...is it possible that I have read here that terri's new doctor is named jerger and is related to the jerger that owns part of the insurance company wherein jodi, Michael's mistress, now works in Medical division having been promoted from office manager?

And then Wolfson....a man who may have not only had sever financial problems (apparently the guardianship program in this county is state funded) but a man who has stated he is in Felo's realm when it comes to euthanasia?

This is the second time the mobile home business has come up re: Terri's fight. That's what Jerger Insurance used to insure.

Now her current doctor just happens to be in the mobile home business? Do his mobile home customers leave their property to him in their Wills and use their living wills so that he can euthanize them? He would then make money both ways.

Per the local news, Wolfson is the guardian for medical. Once again, a Sixth Circuit Judge refuses to consider Terri's attorney's objections to Wolfson. Why you ask? Because if Terri's Law is ruled unconstitutional, Wolfson won't actually do anything anyway.

DOES THAT BOTHER ANYONE HERE AS MUCH AS IT BOTHERS ME? Was today's Judge showing a lack of impartiality by even bringing up whether Terri's Law is unconstitutional or not? Seems like that was JUDICIAL CARELESSNESS from the bench.

Who was the Judge today and does FELOS own him too?

The Judge also said per local news that "the issue of bias won't be a factor because Jay Wolfson won't actually do anything if Terri's Law is declared unconstitutional." Don't you think that's outrageous? Kickin' Terri while she's doing well? Banking on Jeb's Order being overturned? The Judge himself showed bias today by even bringing up the constitutional issues. That wasn't his charge today!!!

Dr. Gambone resigned last week but I haven't really checked him out at all. Maybe he developed a conscience or was threatened by Felos. Felos seems to own Pinellas County - judicial system and medical community. Makes it hard to sleep at night. How does a little pest get so much power and KEEP IT?

Glenn Woodworth was also a bureaucrat. I can't recall whether he served in Tallahassee or D.C. He's probably a buddy with Felos and THE SPANISH INQUISITION JUDGES IN PINELLAS COUNTY.

Well, I am broadcasting my wishes HERE and NOW, very publicly! If I am ever in such a situation, I do NOT want to be starved and dehydrated to death! It is NOT the same thing as being maintained artificially.

I am simply horrified by what our "system" is trying to do to this innocent woman....and all of it based on nothing but conveniently "remembered" hearsay testimony of a person with questionable motives (to say the least) and rapidly declining credibility and his family members that he got to vouch for him. I am thinking it is the judicial system we need to be pulling the "feeding tube" from, not Terri.
