I've been challenged by a liberal who stated, "Nobody Died When Clinton Lied".
I replied, "except almost 3000 on September 11, 2001"
He said "put up or shut up"

Typical liberal strawman argument. Who claimed that people died directly as a result of Clinton's lies? That isn't, nor was it ever, the point.
Clinton's lackadaisical, cowardly approach to terrorist attacks (WTC, embassies in Africa, etc.) plastered a giant "Kick Me!" sign on America's back and definitely emboldened Bin Laden and his ilk.
It is no stretch to link this directly to its inevitable conclusion: the 9/11 attacks on our soil.
Now, let's not even get into his gutting of the military and the price we're paying for that now as well........
THe first bombing of the WTC was under his watch along with many other bombings all over the world of embassies, etc. He ignored it all. He also bombed Iraq during his joke of a tenure.....for the same reason W did. Clinton admitted there were WMD there too....and he didn't seek any approval from anyone when he bombed Iraq....
Nobody died when Clinton lied. But several thousand sperm cells had a harrowing experience.
Liberals have been getting Americans killed for over forty years. Not only by their penchant for lax national security but for other reasons: weakness on crime that skyrocketed when the death penalty and lenient sentencing for murderers were initiated in the sixties. Partial birth abortion is another crime that can be laid at liberals feet. And promotion of the drug culture that has resulted in millions of Americans throwing away their lives for temporary but deadly thrills. Liberals have a lot to answer for.
They are also communist butt kissers. In the cold war their favorite country was the USSR. They used propaganda to force the US out of Vietnam when that war could have been won. Jimmy Carter dumped Taiwan in favor of China. And of course there is Clinton and Chinagate.
How about Vince Foster, Ron Brown& his plane full of folks, etc, etc, etc.?????

Clinton was and still is an enemy of the state and should be convicted of high treason. He gave away more nuke secrets than the Rosenbergs could ever dream of to China. He and his little friend Jimmy Carter gave North Korea the nuclear reactors needed for a weapon program. He allowed Bin Ladin to go free when Sudan offered to extradite him. The list goes on.
Clinton lied when he promised to go after terrorists and "bring them to justice", and then pardoned a group of convicted Puerto Rican terrorists.

No, I mean Watergate. The Democrats who say that no one lied when Clinton died, as if that makes it OK, would never say the same thing about Nixon and the Watergate breakiin. My point is that they are, therefore, hypocrites.
Guess those folks killed when he bombed that aspirin factory don't count eh?
I mentioned this over a year ago (in this same thread) that when Clinton bombed Al-Shifa, he didn't just bomb an aspirin factory...but the Sudan's largest pharmaceutical plant responsible for producing drugs to fight Malaria and Tuberculosis. As a result of this bombing, one report indicated that as many as 10,000 people may have died as a result of not getting these drugs.
This thread is relevant again since it was Barbara Boxer, while grilling Condi a couple days ago, who actually had the nerve to compare Clinton's war (and body count) to that of Bush's. Of course, she only mentioned Kosovo, while leaving out the rest of Clinton's misadventures.
From Somalia to Haiti to Bosnia to Kosovo to Afghanistan to the Chinese Embassy to Iraq x 4...Clinton had a very healthy body count. And these numbers don't include his inactions, in places like Rawanda, East Timor, etc.
It's still a good excercise in remembering how bad things were and how W has helped this country.
Tell him to answer his own question regarding Bush's lies. I even had the "honor" of asking Rick Perlstein this directly and he just gave some lame EPA report.
Just remember that the janitors that worked here at this aspirin factory were African-Africans, so they don't count when you kill them.

Canadian hemophiliacs who contracted AIDS and hepatitis C from blood donated by prisoners at the Cummins prison in Arkansas while Clinton was governor of the state want to interview him under oath as part of a $5-billion US lawsuit, victims' lawyer David Harvey said Wednesday.
"We intend to seek a deposition from the president," said Harvey. "At that point, we will consider naming him as a defendant."
About 1,000 Canadians now suffering from deadly diseases from the tainted blood are demanding to know why the U.S. Food and Drug Administration continued to license prison blood centres despite evidence that prisons were hotbeds of HIV and hepatitis C infection.
Some of the convicts -- many of whom were already diagnosed with hepatitis C -- were bled as many as 60 times a year and given $7 for each donation.
The FDA banned use of plasma derived from blood donated by prisoners in anti-hemophilia products in the United States in 1982.
The Cummins prison in Grady, Ark., was notorious for overbleeding prisoners, bleeding disqualified donors and for destroying evidence and records.
Leonard Dunn, the president of Health Management Associates which bought the blood, was a friend of Clinton's and his chief fund-raiser for the 1990 Arkansas governors race.

Don't forget about Desert Fox in Iraq either. We bombed the Shixt out of their Gov't buildings, Republican Guard Barracks and supposedly non existent WMD facilities. No one knows the real loss of life but the Iraqi "Baghdad Bob" at the time claimed 2500 deaths.

Of course as a retired military man that served under Carter, Reagan, Bush 41, Clinton and Bush 43 I blame every death due to a shortage of manpower and equipment on him. His eight Defense budgets caused great pain on the force and loss of readiness.
