So what about the woman Michael has been living with since 1995, has 2 children by and who he calls his fiancee?
What are they?
I'll answer for you. They are Michael's family. Terri is just in his way.

It's only a guess on my part, PYW, but I wouldn't think this is a new admission but an ongoing situation. Much like leaving your home for a Dr.'s appointment without real change in the patient's health.
If this were Coral Snake's post regarding hospice, his point was Terri was admitted to hospice THREE YEARS AGO, and CNN later reported that Hospice was paying for her care. Under Federal guidelines, if hospice is ordered for the terminally ill, it is paid for through Medicare.

The brain's primitive functionality located in the cerebellum remains active even though conscious thought found the cerebral cortex is non-existant. If EKG readings cannot find synapse activity, a person could have a beating heart for many years with a feeding tube, but it is impossible for a person to recover their cognitive activity once synapse activity ceases.Oh I see. And you are a medical doctor, right?

Was this Order served? AND to what facility? If that hospital received this order, and they released her, the police might be able to give an immediate response if called.

Quite frankly, Gov. Jeb Bush needs to get on the red phone asap to determine what is what.

At the risk of sounding really, really stupid, I'm going to ask this question: Since adultery is a cause for divorce, why can't a divorce be granted to Terri? Is that absolutely impossible? He certainly can't deny the adultery.

So at the least, he is a liar and there needs to be an investigation into all of this including the money. Did you see my list of some of Michael's statements Lawyer: Terri still in danger#165? Care to add any?

I agree. Hey, I have walked a similar path as her parents. I know. It is bitter. But it will eat them up if they let it, and they need all the help they can get and to be assured their daughter will be cared for. The law is the law, it got changed, she is going to be fed, but until the Guardian for her is changed, he still is legally her caretaker (unfortunately, it seems).

"And the GAL that the new judge is recommending supposedly also has ties to a hospice or even THIS hospice."
The judge mentioned Dr. Jay Wolfson - University S. Florida as the GAL. Does anyone know anything about him?

One disturbing thing is Michael Schiavo had just given the family "permission" to see Terri. Apparently, before they arrived at the hospital, Michael had her moved back to the hospice.
I think it's clear he's acting in bad faith, and not in the best interest of his wife (who couldn't possibly have recovered in 24 hours from the trauma of no food and water for six days).
The new legal guardian can't come quickly enough! Michael's doing all he can to kill her.

Add to you summary that the lawyer, Felos; judge,Greer; and others have/had financial interests, BOD, at the hospice Terri was at and just retaken too.
And you know enough in a nutshell.

It's breaking news, done in a hurry.
Give your picky differences a break and quit fighting meaningless trivia.
The "HINO" (and his pro-death/euthanisia-crazed lawyers and the the money-grubbing "hospice") have been fighting the "family" for years - trying to kill Terri, with legal BS, lies, and no care.
The meaning is clear.
The 10 year attempted murder is clear as well.
