Was this Order served? AND to what facility? If that hospital received this order, and they released her, the police might be able to give an immediate response if called.

For what it is worth, I left a message with Judge David Demers, who seems to be in charge of the GAL process at this point, to have a third party oversee Terri's welfare when in the presence of the husband who admittedly wants her dead. Anyone else interested in leaving a message here is the number to his office 727-582-7882.

I am not sure about feeding tube for life support, but am pretty certain they can do an IV for rehydration at a Hospice. So it is possible Michael had her taken back there for those things. He is being a jerk, wanting to use her as a pawn, and he would do well to work something out with her parents, like leave her in the hospital. Soon tho, I think she will be moved to where feeding and rehab will begin.

The order was served to the hospice, and then she was transfered to the hospital.
