FREEPERS, I have taken a break from Terri's 24/7 Vigil to ask for your participation in the next phase of trying to save Terri's life while we wait for good news.

I have not received the Governor's Itinerary for the following week yet from myflorida.com.

We are asking Floridians and out-of-staters to freep the Governor's Mansion in Tallahassee.

If you need ideas for signs, it's basically urging Governor Bush to issue an executive order to stay Terri's starvation.

At this time, the Florida Supremes are reviewing filings today by Terri's counsel.

We need northern Florida to freep Jeb Bush STAT whether he's there or not.

Finally, if anyone receives Jeb's schedule in their e-newsletter, please post it here so we can hold Terri vigils in whatever town Jeb is in.

The Schlinders would have had to acted well before the case went to trial. However, most lawyers I know have a good inkling of how judges in this county are going to rule from experience in the county (one judge is hard on DUIs & maxes them out; another will give the minimum, for example). I wonder if the attorneys weren't familiar with the judges in this county.

I'm not disputing the fact that the family has used Galaxy Wave Group. But how does this in any way make what the father reported any less real. Do also think he is lying?

Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks for the love of parent and child so demonstrated by the Schindlers for their daughter ... there is no way on earth to know the depth of their anguish ~ that there isn't someone to rescue their child from murder. I pray, Father, that You would let all of us be that someone for them, and though we haven't rescued their beloved Terri, may they know the love that surrounds them right now. Granted, Lord, this is not a substitute for holding their own dear child, but it is the best we can do right now.

Encourage all those who have appeared before the judges on Terri's behalf ~ may they take comfort that they have been upheld by petition and prayer, to speak for Terri. We do not yet know why righteousness has not yet prevailed, but we do know the enemy is fierce and relentless and without mercy ~ may we be as much, and more, as we seek to rid this menace that takes our unborn and less able from our midst.

Be our Guide, I pray, that the name of Jesus might be honored in the land of Your creation ... we continue to speak Terri's name before the Throne of Grace, that she might be delivered out of this evil, for we ask in Your name, Amen ...

Of course, since the Schiavo Triumvirate knew what was up from the beginning, that meant they could win even before the Schindlers first stepped in the door.

Her father saw what he saw. Whether it's related to someone using a computer to:

One is the ADAM machine itself; the other is a computer (and the program in the computer) that is interfaced to the ADAM machine. The ADAM machine opens a dimensional rift allowing direct communication between the machine and the other dimension. In another case the Schindlers filed, for a TRO after the 1st order to remove the feeding tube, they did file the case before a different judge. Although the TRO was granted by this judge, the appeals court reversed. http://www.jud10.org/2ndDCA/july01/2D00-1269.htm

Basically, a quick reading it seems the appeals court said that the other court shouldn't have reversed the earlier actions of the first court without showing compelling new evidence. In other words, once a judge declares his interpretation of evidence, nobody else may ever question it.

The website's timeline only goes back to 2000. But if Greer's first case was the one appointing Schiavo as guardian, it would seem unlikely that the family would have invested in the legal research to determine whether Greer might behave less than fairly in any matters regarding their daughter. I see no way they could have known that their failure to challenge Judge Greer's allocation to the case would cost their daughter's life.

Not quite--the higher courts can question it, even reverse. But a case can't be relitigated in a different court.

I agree, it seems as though Jeb is a coward, but lets not lay all the blame at his feet. There could have been an emergency session called to change the law. NONE of our representatives have lifted as much as a finger to do so. They are all cowards.

Starting to wonder that myself. I'm conservative first, Republican second. Terri dies and none of the incumbents will ever get my vote again. This includes GW. Does anybody really think he's not aware of Terri's situation?

The Schiavos have already tried this, but they were unable to locate the insurance company that paid the bill for the doctor. That company has apparently been sold off and is no longer in business. Believe me, this was one of the first avenues the Schindlers tried, to no avail.

But it's something that should've been done with an accredited therapist (whose credentials and testimony would be deemed credible), not some loony-tunes place that sucked up the Schindler's money.

I think it's pretty clear that the Schindlers have made a lot of mistakes in this case. But I can't really say that I'd be able to do any better under the circumstances.

Actually, I'm starting to suspect Terri was doomed even before her original guardianship hearing. Felos made sure to get a judge who would go along with Schiavo's plans, and the parents, who had no reason to understand such plans, had no reason to oppose the judge's appointment to the case. The only reasons that Terri's tube hadn't been pulled sooner were:

• She was expected to die off quickly anyway, and
• There didn't seem much risk of anyone else interfering with the Schiavo Triumvirate's plans.

Now, since it's become clear that Terri has no intention of simply dying off, and that dilly-dallying might result in someone actually succeeding in blocking the Triumvirate's plans, it's necessary that Terri be killed as quickly as possible.

The only possible salvation for Terri would be capture and removal. Unfortunately, she's been guarded well enough to make that unlikely.

Why? If Terri ever recovers, he's toast and he knows it. The only thing I can think would be worth mailing him would be if someone knows something that would break him even worse than provable malfeasance on Terri's case.
