Gee, WackySam, so what's a Republican governor and a Republican legislature needed for?
Starting to wonder that myself. I'm conservative first, Republican second. Terri dies and none of the incumbents will ever get my vote again. This includes GW. Does anybody really think he's not aware of Terri's situation?
