Golly, I thought populists liked it when Cruz did that. Now it turns out that type of insolence is a liability in a president. Frankly, that attitude sounds ... establishment-y.
I guess it's time for the "Donald Trump scolding other people for incivility" act of this circus.
Donald Trump bashed Ted Cruz's "temperament" and defended his presidential campaign's ground game during an appearance Tuesday at the John Wayne Birthplace Museum.
"Ted has got a rough temperament, you can't call people liars on the Senate floor when they are your leaders. Not a good thing to do if you want to curry favor and get the positive votes later on own," Trump said....

I disagree with Trump on this but I know that conservatives are not his only audience. He is taking Cruz out in any way he can. This criticism is for the Iowa target audience.
I’ll say this much.
Was Ted able to get the senate to say he was an NBC? No.
Do I think the Senate will confirm Ted’s SCOTUS picks? Prolly not.
On the other hand, do I think the house and senate will impeach and convict Trump? Yes, I do, as fast as they can.
Will be interesting any which way it goes.
I don’t know what you mean.
That is so funny! The truth hurts I guess. That is pitiful. Someone wants to be President and we are expected to believe that they are going to crumple because someone says, “look at that face”. I guess you have led a sheltered life. Personally I’d rather have someone imply that I am ugly than that I am dishonest. What does it matter if someone thinks I’m ugly, someone else will think I’m beautiful because my face has character.
And we were all reaping praise on him for doing it too. He is the only person in the whole congress that had the balls to do it. I guess trump will only play hardball with other republicans and let the radical left get by with murder.
I expect that Mitch lies regularly.
Do you see why Trump says calling McConnell a liar on the senate floor actually harms Ted’s self interest and thus is a dishonest thing to do?
Trump operates on a level way above what we are used to. People criticize and hate - because they don’t understand.

By the way, I am an artist and I need the truth, not politically correct, sweetly coated, ethically sound, positive honesty. I want the brute truth or how will I improve? I love critique. Why do you think the Marines are the best? No soldier out of basic has the sharp edge of survival that a Marine does out of boot.
This is a war and we are fighting for the survival of our republic.

When Trump passes gas his supporters hear a symphony.
I will call lack of leadership.
To get things done, one has to convince others to join them. To achieve one should have atleast couple of skills or something to offer.
When you deliver zero result, that is not leadership, its failure.
“The truth is that the Pharisees did hate Jesus, and He rightly isn’t known for showing them a great deal of grace. He called them out for their hypocrisy. He exposed their inner tombs. But the hatred they felt for Him wasn’t mere sour grapes at His approval rating, nor was it as principled as mere evil versus good. It was rather more craven. They hated Jesus not because He called them names, but because He threatened their security, prestige and income. He was going to ruin everything they had worked so hard for, and getting everybody killed.”

does Trump have a problem with senate leaders lying or just people who point it out? Just wondering.
Yes, I was agreeing, it was definitely not in his interest. People are not all well disciplined enough to act in their best interest.
Ted’s outburst showed either he was looking for cover since his constituents would be/were angry about his vote and he wanted to shed the blame or he just lacked the self control to hold his tongue. He needed to remember “Revenge is a dish best eaten cold”. To win in Congress you need to play a very long game. Trump on the other hand is a very disciplined man and knows how to seek a winning strategy.

Trump, the big conartist.
What next, will trump have mitch mcconnell at a rally to show he’ll work with him...
I think Trump’s problem is with people squandering their opportunities to change the process by alienating the people they should be outmaneuvering.
And when you donate to the likes of Harry Reid, Hillary Clinton, and Bill DiBlasio we don’t call it leadership, we call it liberalism.
If Trump said that, I now have less respect for him. McConnell is a liar and a backstabber. He should have been called far worse.
