From immigration and the “Latino registration machine” to the GOP’s apparent inability to recognize the racial aspects of the Charleston church shooting, Real Time host Bill Maher had a field day with his panelists on Friday night’s show. Yet it’s the “Overtime” segment’s extra nuggets that made for some of the most WTF-worthy viewing, especially for this reaction from MSNBC’s Joy Reid:
Of all the possible conversation topics, what could have triggered such a reaction from Reid? Oh nothing, really — just guest Ann Coulter‘s funny-but-serious answer to Maher’s question about “which Republican candidate has the best chance of winning the general election.” Coulter’s response? “Of the declared ones? Right now, Donald Trump.”
Add to that the two times Coulter shut conservative writer Matt Lewis down with the “Still talking!” line, and you’re in for a viewing treat.

Ann was saying both parties, are completely sold out on our borders.
She’s right. Trump is the only guy on our side, saying that. He’s going to be very competitive.
There was also the guy on the left side of the group, who seemed to be a GOP mainstream representative.
He came across as a clueless “let’s sell out yet more stuff” person of no substance. The lady next to him, though more liberal, seemed much more grounded. Finally the hispanic guy seemed to be completely about race. Not impressed with him at all.

Great conversation. Love Ann’s comment that saying no to talking about what to do with upwards to 30 million or more illegal aliens until the border is secured is a cop-out. It sure is. We need clarity now.

Ann Coulter is a ‘publicist’, first & foremost.
I actually heard from 2 of my friends and both their husbands love Trump. On of the idiots even voted for Obama in 2008. He is touching a nerve with some people
I’m not surprised to hear it. I think Trump will steal a lot of Democratic votes. There are a lot of unhappy Dems out there unemployed also.
What is up with her? Does she realize he wanted Oprah as his running mate awhile back? He also wanted a wealth tax. She has not done her research on him.
I have no idea who she is anymore. I am growing suspicious of the idea that maybe she is more about making money than anything else. Maybe Trump paid her.
