Pissant has just agreed to come back to Free Republic and spearhead what has been characterized as a massive fundraising effort, just in time for Sarah's planned announcement of her run for the Presidency.

BS Pissant never walked into anything. He kicked the door in guns blazing every day. And it was far from constructive, applealing to liberal lies as sources.
Truthfully, he was given a long leash and he took advantage of that and went too far.

I guess when I read it I misunderstood. I went back to it again, and it still seems to me that the “precious” reference was to Bachman, but I guess I’m just not familiar with Sarah Palin being called by that name, and the immediate discussion was about Bachman.
Whether it was aimed at Palin or Bachman is not relevant to the crudeness of pissant’s remark in any case.

He was banned for his use of vulgar, lesbian sex acts comments about Palin and Tammy Bruce.

a fact I'm well aware of considering my family had lunch with his in Florida last week...he and I were banned for over a year due to our stance on illegal immigration and having fights with the wrong freepers at the time..a stance once deemed racist here in case you missed those days

I didn’t realize that Pissy was attacking other members with such vitriol. I was on the thread that got him done in and it took me a couple reads to understand what his angle was on that last post.(I am a little dense sometimes). Most of my battles with him were funny because his only argument was “I know you are but what am I” type of childlike gibberish. I once cited how Pence voted for spending increases under Bush and he really went off the rails.
My point to that post was a concern that I would poorly word something, like I have in the past, and get the zot. As per VA Ridgerunners post, I see that he was given numerous warnings, which is very fair. If you are not going to heed the Mod, you are looking for trouble. For heavens sake he had the backing of the Don Corleone of FR. I guess he really was a dopey bastard after all.
BTW, Don’t ask me why, but in my dealings with Pissy, I had the impression that “he” was a female poster. Just some things said during our arguments. I could be wrong.

If pissant or anyone else had made a similarly crude comment about Meghan McCain, he not only would not have gotten banned, he would have been cheered.
My guess is that you’ll just have to sit on your hands until after the third or fourth primary, if that long, then the danger will be over unless posting to election 2016 threads. My long-term interest is in seeing what sort of contortionists will be created hereabouts when it comes down to “anyone but Obama” time.
