Pissant has just agreed to come back to Free Republic and spearhead what has been characterized as a massive fundraising effort, just in time for Sarah's planned announcement of her run for the Presidency.

However, who wants to read a forum where everyone agrees, and with no dissenting voices?

Me. Dissenting voices are everywhere all day long - at work, on CNN and every alphabet station, newspapers, MSM. I know of no conservative that enjoys the rantings of liberals - once in while to slap them down - is OK. And I'm reminded of dissenting voices when I buy gas, hear/read about unemployment, companies shutting down, doctors cutting back on staff bc of obamacare, etc. Why anyone here wants more dissent is weird. I hardly doubt the conservatives that are here - came here for dissenting voices.

I liked Pissant, he was at least as conservative as I am, and who cares if he didn’t like Palin, I don’t particularly love her (though I can tolerate her), she just isn’t as conservative as a lot of people believe she is!

Apparently it was because he was making obscene references that crossed a line he was already dancing on.
