Absinthe (WormWood) Making a comeback in US and Europe - linked to convulsions, madness, and death.

I can add to that - hallucinations.
This was a favorite drink in Japan when I was running around over there.
Drink just enough and you had REALLY strange dreams. Drink too much and you started those dreams before you went to sleep.
