We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail! [President Bush]
Good morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
WorldCom discovered for the entirety of 2001 and the first quarter of 2002, its CFO was overreporting earnings - to the total tune over the period of nearly $4 billion. Arthur Andersen was the accounting firm; they claim their work was in compliance with SEC standards and that it was WorldCom's CFO that was withholding data from them. The Justice Department has opened a criminal investigation. A preliminary search of the Internet has not, so far, turned up any connections with the previous Administration. Give it time.
Martha Stewart is now facing a wider investigation into her stock dealings. She says she wants "to concentrate on [her] salad."
The FBI searched a home near Ft. Ditrick. The home belonged to a scientist with access to anthrax.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

I've got another suggestion for your trout -- after dredging it in flour, cover it in parmasian cheese. We have a chain of restaurants here in DC/MD/VA called Clyde's. It has a speciality called Shendonah Trout -- I have friends that MUST be taken to Clyde's when they come to town so they can have the fish. Some have said it is the best fish they've ever eaten.
Just something to try the next time you tackle trout....

I took him to the barber and got him a Marine Corp crew. That's amazing, cause Betty wrote that with her hair falling out, she just went ahead and did a buzz last night before her shower!!
I think next week, I'll take my elderly friend to see that movie. She'd have a ball with it....
Did you notice that the Ian character never laughed at the family's idiosyncracies?? That was neat, and showed a lot of respect...Somehow that fit in perfectly with the story, and was a very appealing detail...

There's an Italian restaurant not 1/2 mile from here that turned fried trout into something that must be tasted to be believed. Their secret recipe is closely guarded, but they serve the trout deep fried and smothered in a crawfish and crabmeat sauce that is out of this world.
Mozie, I have a dish that would make even the most ardent seafood hater have second thoughts. It's a broiled, stuffed red snapper. A fillet is filled with a crabmeat stuffing and broiled in butter and garlic. Speaking as a person who knows seafood, it is as close to perfection as any dish I've ever tasted. 8^)
