There's an Italian restaurant not 1/2 mile from here that turned fried trout into something that must be tasted to be believed. Their secret recipe is closely guarded, but they serve the trout deep fried and smothered in a crawfish and crabmeat sauce that is out of this world.

Mozie, I have a dish that would make even the most ardent seafood hater have second thoughts. It's a broiled, stuffed red snapper. A fillet is filled with a crabmeat stuffing and broiled in butter and garlic. Speaking as a person who knows seafood, it is as close to perfection as any dish I've ever tasted. 8^)

Yick.

I'll take your word for it.:)

My dislike of fish is a source of endless frustration for hubby, who adores it.

I love red snapper. That sounds fabulous. I need to visit the resturants near where you are.
