dentist visit was not fun
I'd have to mortgage my house to pay for all the work he says has to be done
I hadn't been in 10 years and knew he'd have a lot to say
I go back day after tomorrow for teeth cleaning
then next week he'll start work on tooth which needs it
I went thru same thing back in NYC when I hadn't been to dentist in 10 years
he was a Park Avenue dentist
when he said how much it would cost
Bill and I got married
Bill worked for New York University then (as lab technician)
he had great dental insurance
(he had benefit package)
when we got married my name got added to plan
insurance paid for it
leftwing helen gave me the idea
I was in tears in NYC when I got back from dentist
she said ''God broke your tooth so you and Bill would get married''
I wonder if there will be silver lining this time too
I didn't cry when I left dentist, but my spirits sank to ground
but Bill drove me straight to swimmin' pool
and I cheered up as I swam
lol it's a miracle I am happy now :)
