Republicans are currently showing signs of PRESIDENTIAL-LEVEL midterms turnout already in early voting in crucial states.
Scott Presler breaks down the POSITIVE signals he is seeing on the ground for the GOP:
In Texas, Republicans are leading Democrats by 50,000 early ballots and red counties are seeing Presidential election level voter turnout.
In Pennsylvania, Democrats are DOWN 100,000 mail-in ballots from 2022, Republicans are up 50,000 and our return rate is matching Democrats.
In Florida, Republicans have gained the early vote lead for Byron Donalds.

Already voted. Wife went with me and voted too. She’s a converted socialist from Mexico. It can be done.
My rural county in Texas hasn’t elected a democrat to anything since the late 1990s. I waited until the third day of early voting and went in the middle of the afternoon to avoid crowds. I still had to wait in line over 40 minutes to vote.
If you don’t put a hint in a headline lie this, it’s pure click-bait. You’re attracting clicks purely on the basis of FOMA (fear of missing out). Which is fine if you’re a commercial interest, but if you’re supposedly doing this for the benefit of your fellow Freepers, it’s just tacky.
All I know is I’ll be voting, and I live in New York, so my vote surely doesn’t count. But I’ll cast my ballot in person, on November 3rd.
I share your dislike of click-bait. I agree it's tacky. That said...
He (Joe) did what he's supposed to do. His post title is precisely the first/title line of the post on X.com, which is what we do if it's not a published article with an article-style headline. Posts get pulled if the post title doesn't match the article headline or first line of a social media post.
Granted, Joe could have improved it by adding something about the topic, but if he was just following the FR forum rules, he did pretty much the right thing.
He's hardly the first or only FReeper guilty of a click-bait post title. You seem to take great pleasure in calling out fellow FReepers for various things (posting an article that was posted many hours prior, etc.). So you might want to do a search of past posts by title, look for ones that are click-bait, and add a comment about how tacky they are. There are plenty in the archives. Better late than never. Enjoy!
I am generally a hopeful, glass-half-full sort of fellow. But beyond that, I’ve had the feeling this mid-term just might be different. Trump is on the march and the Rs are motivated.
Except for gas & diesel, the economy is very good and any thinking conservative knows why gas is high. And the Dumacrats always overplay their hand. They can’t help it. Add in the Commie DSA fanatics and I see Indies and even some Dems voting R or just not voting DSA.

I just mailed in my vote today. If I could have rolled it up and stuck it in the eye of some Rat politician I would have . The more I know about Democrats the less I like them.

Not good enough. We need historic presidential level turnout.
We have Constitutional Amendments to push through, if we are going to defeat Islam, DSA, SNAP, generational delays in the death penalty, stacking SCOTUS, and the “living document” interpretation of the US Constitution.
I showed up and voted early in North Carolina 2 days ago. At 56, I looked like the youngest one there.
