In the clip, he says, was what looked like a black triangular craft with orange, white and yellow lights glowing on each corner. It moved silently before seeming to defy the laws of physics by accelerating faster than the eye could follow — and was gone.

He’s literally the guy, apparently.
An alien civilization advanced enough to leave their planet, travel 4 million light years while staying on course, hydrated, fed, unharmed by solar radiation, micro-meteors, black holes, keep warm, and maintain a breathable atmosphere.
Then they decelerate, burn into our atmosphere, start and stop at impossible speeds and angles, lower from the sky, and in the last 100 feet the aliens need to turn on bright lights to see where they are going? Really?
Time travel does less violence than interstellar travel along reasonable timeframes. If these light-in-the-sky aren’t cutting edge military hardware or natural phenomena, Theyre likely our great, great, great, great grand children.

Well sure he is, the question is, is he telling the truth?
Maybe it is part of their navigation or propulsion system. I really have no idea but there is something doing impossible things in our sky.
I’m more inclined to accept multidimensional or time travel or both, beings. The reality of time, speed, and distance, has me doubting intergalactic Travellers flying here in little vessels.

His book apparently ruffled some feathers, because former AARO Director Sean Kirkpatrick is not happy.
The only thing slightly plausible is they are some species that lives underwater. Otherwise We are all alone. Boring yes but very very likely
Exactly, his claims of recovered non human beings and recovered crafts is extraordinary. He also claims that our adversaries like China and Russia have also recovered these things and there is a race as to who can reverse engineer this technology first. Maybe this is the reason for the big push on developing AI to help understand this technology.
Except he says there are more than one species recovered.
David Grusch just said the same thing in his most recent interview with Joe Rogan.
Grusch talked about Nordics who he described as beautiful and looking like Greek gods, as well as reptilians built like gorillas who got into a fight with US forces until they shot and killed it.

I give this guy a bit more credibility than Grusch. I did order his book, I am intrigued
Watch his interview with Brett Bair from the link in post 12 that Chud provided, it is only about 12 minutes long and decide for yourself if he is credible.
Guys like him are amusing.
He speaks of everyone being threatened by a secret cabal with ending their careers to unaliving them.
Yet for some reason they allow him to speak publicly and even publish a book about it.
