As TGP reported, former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo was arrested for driving under the influence in Wisconsin in July.
The former NFL player was pulled over on Interstate 43 in Milwaukee after a police officer stopped him for ‘unsafe passing on the right and lane deviation.’
Newly-released police bodycam footage shows Tony Romo arguing with a female police officer after she pulled him over and asked him to perform a field sobriety test.
Romo told the officer that he was coming from a golf course and on his way to see his grandparents.
“How many drinks have you had?” the officer asked Tony Romo.

Trump needs to get on the phone with CBS and get this fixed NOW.
Best way to fail. Guaranteed.
I liked him. I thought he was a very good football analyst and presented it well.
Seems to be an extremely harsh penalty for a first time offense, for which he publicly apologized.
There was nothing wild about it.
Got paid more for being drunk than sober?
Many of the comments, at link, are good.
I agree! I read the article ... sounded like the most blasé DUI stop, ever.
Why?
Big money lost. How much?
45 years ago, Monday Night Football would have paid Romo big bucks to get drunk on-air with Dandy Don Meredith and Howard Cosell.
I thought he was overrated in the booth.
Pat Summerall admitted he announced a lot of games while drunk or hungover. He was still the best.
I’ve watched the tape they say he argued he was smiling and polite from what I saw.
I’m not a drinker no one should drink and drive.
But DUI has become a modern boogeyman.
What does this do for his Corona Beer endorsement?
Agreed….especially since 2000, over 1,000 NFL players have an arrest record.
Agreed.
Despite his snide about my guy Caleb Williams (GO BEARS!), I think Aikman is pretty good. Greg Olsen is probably my favorite.
Tom Brady - much as I hated him when he played - is actually growing on me quite quickly.
No, he doesn’t. They have every right to fire him. It’s in his contract, i guarantee you. Shame on him for not getting a driver to drive him
Never take one
