Two people were killed and nearly a dozen injured at a Mexican take on Spain’s famous running of the bulls festival — with terrifying footage capturing people getting tossed and gored by the rampaging animals.
The people were run down Saturday on the streets of Huamantla, where 21 fighting bulls were released onto the streets amidst thrill-seekers trying their luck at dodging through the angry animals.
Juan Manuel Filomeno Herrera, 29, was among the crowd, but was run down by a bull that fatally gored him through the chest and leg with its horns, according to the US Sun.
Footage apparently showed the Huamantla local evading a bull in the street as live music played — before he tripped and the crowd’s cheers turned to screams.
The bull leapt at Herrera and began tossing him about as he scrambled to get away, but soon there was blood pouring from his body and across the street as wranglers rushed to corral the animal.
Spectators leapt to aid Herrera, who was left motionless on the ground, with a trail of blood following him as he was dragged away before succumbing to his wounds.

Anybody stupid enough to putting their life on the line for the thrill of maybe getting gored…
What’s horrific about it?

You don’t have to outrun the Bull; just be faster than the people behind you.
