Hayden Panettiere dies at 36

Panettiere is remembered for roles on "Heroes" and "Nashville," among others.
Actress Hayden Panettiere has died, her representative confirmed to ABC News. She was 36 years old.
"It is with profound sadness that we share the tragic passing of our beloved Hayden. She was an incredible light and a force of nature who brought immeasurable love and joy to all who knew her -- and to the millions who watched her onscreen," her father, Skip Panettiere, said in a statement.
Her father asked for privacy "as our family takes time to process this unimaginable loss."

Overdose. ACCIDENTAL of course.

She voluntarily gave up full legal custody of her daughter.
She was clearly aware and concerned about her own drug use.
She also developed a good personal relationship with her daughter in latter years, and visited her frequently.
Hopefully, nothing went badly wrong between mother and daughter before this sudden death.

When the father is a foreigner, all bets are off with custody. He could have just taken them to Russia and gotten a decree over there, and what was she supposed to do about that?
Male or female, all Americans need to avoid foreign entanglements if they want to have kids.

She was so good in the Nashville series. Played the hot young country star displacing the older Shania Twain type. I heard she did her own vocals in that series, too.
