Panettiere is remembered for roles on "Heroes" and "Nashville," among others.
Actress Hayden Panettiere has died, her representative confirmed to ABC News. She was 36 years old.
"It is with profound sadness that we share the tragic passing of our beloved Hayden. She was an incredible light and a force of nature who brought immeasurable love and joy to all who knew her -- and to the millions who watched her onscreen," her father, Skip Panettiere, said in a statement.
Her father asked for privacy "as our family takes time to process this unimaginable loss."

Beautiful actress gone way too soon.
I’ve heard that she struggled with mental and substance issues. Very sad. I mostly remember her from Heroes. Great show, its first season anyway.
The TMZ article I linked to above mentions she’d been complaining recently of back pain so I’m guessing she either had a medical emergency or she overdosed on painkillers.
So sad. She just lost her brother less than 3 years ago. They were very close. He may have been a suicide.
Hayden also seemed high strung and very needy of affirmation, like many actors. I think she’s the one who had a child with a Ukrainian Boxing Champ. This Boxing Champ later became Mayor of his town. He also took sole custody of their daughter.
Save the cheerleader; save the world. I guess we failed.
I guess the world is over now.

She struck me as a typical attractive young starlette who is corrupted by Hollywood and emotionally ruined as an adult.
I remember when she was on "Heroes" that she had a pregnancy scare with her co-star Milo Ventimiglia when she was 18 and he was 30.
I guess it never got better after that.

Have you ever seen the movie, “Remember the Titans”? She was the little girl coach’s daughter that knew all about football. She was so good in that movie.
That Evita look sucks, but in every other picture, she’s about as NOT GUILTY as I’ve ever seen.
Had to look it up. She was only five feet tall married to a guy who was 6’6”
Usually, the father doesn’t get the kids. When something glaringly wrong with mama, poppa gets the kids. Father being a big beauty blinded Klitschko might have had something to do with her giving up the kid.
Note to myself, don’t get fooled by feminine beauty or pulchritude. Obviously, her publicity team was hiding something very troubling behind that beauty.
If one reads her history on wikipedia one finds someone all over the place, with addiction and depressive probs... also came out as”bisexual”...loon alert
