President Trump on Sunday blasted former Olympian David Hearn, labeling him "ActBlue," and shared a screenshot from court filings that reveal the mountain of evidence, including witnesses and photo evidence, that the Department of Justice had when they dropped his case for vandalizing the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, the Justice Department dropped vandalism charges against Hearn. US Attorney Jeanine Pirro, who previously accused Hearn of “violently and forcefully” ripping up the sealant, claimed that “flawed installation by the contractor” was responsible for the damage. Trump slammed Pirro during an Oval Office press conference on Monday, saying she "choked." Trump added, "I was disappointed with Jeanine Pirro, really disappointed with Jeanine Pirro. She folded like an umbrella, and people get away with things, and it’s a disgrace."
After meeting with Pirro at the White House, Trump said to reporters, "I told her I was not happy." He further said he hadn't "made a determination" on whether or not he'll fire Pirro over the debacle.
WATCH:
Then on Friday, Trump called on Pirro to refile the indictment against David Hearn, calling her decision to drop charges "hastily made."
Trump continued his campaign to indict Hearn on Sunday, sharing a screenshot from the government's motion to dismiss Hearn's indictment, dated July 31, 2026, where prosecutors detail interviews with National Park employees who reported that Hearn was arrested after he "started to 'violently' rip and tug at a large portion of the blue pool coating."
The portion Trump shared reads,
"Further investigation by the government included interviews with two National Park Service ("NPS") employees, W-1 and W-2, who were both engaged in cleaning the interior of the Reflecting Pool. The defendant approached the area where they were working. W-1 stated they observed the defendant using his cellular telephone to take what the NPS employee believed to be video or a photograph(s) of the damage to the reflecting pool. The NPS employee, W-1, stated that the defendant then knelt, placed both hands into the reflecting pool-below the surface of the water-and started to "violently" rip and tug at a large portion of the blue pool coating. The NPS employee, W-1, asked the second NPS employee, W-2, to contact police and requested that the defendant not touch or rip at the coating. The defendant told W-1, that the NPS personnel were "awfully sensitive about the pool" and he continued to tug at the coating until National Guard soldiers arrived."
The filing further notes that "A third NPS employee, W-3, took a photograph of the area where the defendant was seen pulling the lining prior to the incident involving the defendant. Metadata associated with the photo indicates that it was captured at 2:55 PM on July 19, 2026, shortly before W-1 and W-2 observed the defendant aggressively pulling and further damaging this compromised area of the Reflecting Pool."

Extermination of the anti Cillians is necessary regardless of the source. The President is attempting to exterminate the trashy garbage people who inhabit Washington and destroy all that makes it our great capital.
Apparently there was some damage prior to the defendant's actions, but it appears he caused further damage. A DC jury might have been inclined to acquit, which would be treated by the lamestream media as an embarassment for the administration. I wish I was on the jury.
It is ALL the usual douchebags in this thread with their TDS.
Beating a dead horse 2.1
I agree.
Pirro is a great lawyer and his uncalled for petty - mean attacks demean the Presidency.
It’s embarrassing.
“Evidence is pretty clear.”
Is the evidence in the room with you right now?
The one outweighs the other.
President Trump finally conceded that there was “some contractor error.” The vandalism mishegas is a diversion.
I don't view averting and preventing nuclear war as ridiculous.
I suppose there is that. I give way to my foolish ideas about justice.
He’s obsessed about the pool because the MSM press is obsessed with it. It’s like their new Russian collusion obsession.
“I give way to my foolish ideas about justice.”
I think that’s a common thread among FReepers. We believe in justice, and that often doesn’t happen.
Point Taken - although President Trump has a history of being correct when he levels charges at people.
Trump needs to give it up. This isn’t making him look good at all.
Is he going to charge the people who drove the motorcade vehicles for the damage they caused? He is going to after the guy who ordered them to drive in the pool. Of course not.
If wants to persue this, then he needs to fire Pirro today and get another attorney to file charges.
I hope this is what he does.
Pirro, tough as nails on TV, weak as a kitten in real life. Her career is over both legally and as a pundit on Fox TV.
THIS
Bingo.
So don’t even try? Ridiculous.
That picture has kept me up at night. The installation cost millions, so why did they drive on it?
