Something similar happened a few years back in New Mexico, IIRC. Four teens in a car drove onto private property in a rural area, found an airplane runway, and used it as a dragstrip. They didn’t realize the runway ended at the edge of a cliff and drove off it at over 100 mph.

Incorrect. The gun was reported to be pointed at the person that made the call to police.
