One author thinks she has found the answer.
he Jews and the Left, Batya Ungar-Sargon’s latest book, takes readers through the long history of Jews in American political life, from George Washington’s praise for the Jews to FDR and the Civil Rights movement, concluding with the shock many Americans felt on October 7, when Hamas committed the 21st-century Holocaust that was not universally condemned.
Batya noted, “I wrote the book because the question that I get asked, maybe the most, especially by Christians, conservatives, Republicans, is ‘why do the Jews vote for the Democrats, when the Democrats hate them, and we love them?’”
Although the book ends with the aftermath of October 7, the results of the recent New York and Maine primary elections underscore the book’s relevancy today and are a dramatic postscript. A direct threat to America’s values and ideals is the recently elected Democrat candidates that include Nazis, communists, and antisemites.
Maine Democrat Senate candidate Graham Platner has a chest tattoo of the Totenkopf, the skull-and-crossbones icon adopted by the infamous Nazi SS unit. He retweeted a post that characterized Judaism as a “death cult” and praised the military tactics that Hamas used in 2014 in the horrific execution of five Israeli soldiers.
Batya addresses the Nazi tattoo directly.
The left told people who were not Nazis, “You are Nazis, you are white supremacists. You are evil.” And now they’re lining up behind a guy with an actual Totenkopf tattoo and who knew what it was. And that’s not a deal breaker for them?

Most Jews (at least in America) are are at war with God and good and much of the group’s energy and creativity is channeled into influencing and destructing the culture, politics, government, and internal stability of the host nation, in this case America.

I suspect that it is a conglamoration of self-loathing, being left behind, and they see no other option that offers them hope, even though that hope is disingenuous, and is only presented to these people in order to extract something from them. In the cse ot politics, that extraction is theor support & votes.

Look at the Germans. Great composers, philosophers, inventors, scientists, etc. The list of German intellectual achievements is an incredible one. Individually many of them are absolutely brilliant. Yet they've shown over and over again that collectively they will fall for some of the dumbest crap ever - over and over and over again. Currently they are embracing Gaia Worship (even though it is wrecking their economy) and mass migration (even though its turning the country into a violent, dirty, 3rd world Sheissloch.
I think Jews and Germans are locked in a fierce competition to see who can win the title of "World's stupidest smart people."
A lot of older Jews remember when the country was more overtly Christian and would pressure them to convert, or say Christian prayers, celebrate Christian holidays, etc.
A lot of this pressure was unwelcome and coercive, so they tend to side against people who are overtly Christian.
A lot of Christians were rather obnoxious in their dealings with Jews back in the day.
There is also the tendency of people to vote the way their families have always voted. I've seen this with regular White Christians who are still voting Democrat because their daddies voted Democrat, and I'm sure it is no different for the Jews.
How many white people who classify themselves as "Christians" still vote for Democrats? It's a lot larger than we should like.
