A senior Estée Lauder executive who died in his husband’s arms moments after feeling lightheaded inside their $2.8 million New York City apartment suffered a pulmonary embolism triggered by cosmetic fillers.

Kendal Ascher, 56, “suffered acute respiratory failure due to a pulmonary embolism connected to a foreign material after getting cosmetic filler injections,” the city’s medical examiner said Tuesday.

Ascher’s Feb. 25 death was ruled accidental in the report, which was given to his loved ones over the weekend.

Estée Lauder executive Kendal Ascher died suddenly in husband’s arms in their $2.8M NYC apartment Ascher’s grieving husband, William Howe, told the Daily Mail that he wasn’t aware of his husband, who was vice president of the beauty company, using cosmetic fillers before his death.

Howe, 63, said that he got Botox, which is not a filler, with his husband just five months before he died.

“It’s just profoundly sad,” the widow said, “I witnessed it, it was immediate. The cause was secondary.”

Howe previously told the outlet that his spouse of four months went limp in the early hours as they desperately tried to reach the bedroom of their Chelsea home.

Husband wife whatever. Those fillers can be a real killer diller. He had them done in Mexico? Or some other bargain spot?

Getting fillers can be signing your death warrant. Who they gonna sue?

Agreed. I don’t care how much progressives push that crap, “his husband” will never be normal in a sentence.

I can’t see the name Estee without thinking of my grandmother. My great-grandmother was a bit of a gypsy like nut, but she couldn’t read. She named her twin girls Estee and Uvee (ST and UV). There was a book written about my great-grandmother. She escaped living in nursing homes more than once. She was a character. I remember her fondly.

I don’t know if it was as creepy to write that article as it is to read it and I’m not talking about the cosmetic fillers....

I didn’t catch it at first. Halfway through the article it was “wait, what?”

“He died in his husbands arms..”

That’s imagery I don’t need.

The only tragedy is my temptation to wonder where “his” husband received the “filler” injection 🤦‍♂️

…his husband…

Interesting how only a short time ago that statement would be considered nonsensical or a typo.

“They desperately tried to reach the bedroom”

?

Stop. Get your phone out. Call 911. Age, location
Then call the doorman and have him go outside to wave in the EMS

Better chance of survival.
