Uh, wut? So if Oregon bans fishing and hunting, what's there to do up there besides looting and fentanyl zombie dodging? I suspect this has more to do with banning commercial fisheries more than anything.

Commies will commie.

The state will complet ely control the food supply.

This could backfire and become a tipping point.

That sort of democracy could sure get out of hand, and the left might not like it.

Oregonians are stupid enough to pass this.

I don’t see a way out of it except for the counties who want to bolt to join Idaho. There is no middle ground with left-wing Nazis.

Terrific! This will drive conservative hunters to the polls. Conservative voting will spike!

Yes. In fact, they are likely the real targets for this crazy initiative.

“The measure would criminalize both sport and commercial fishing and crabbing statewide, alongside all forms of hunting and trapping.”

Hunting and fishing is a primordial human right.

Either this will destroy their wildlife management program or they’ll have to spend significantly more tax dollars on hiring game management agents to do what hunters were paying to get to do.

Even if only from a financial perpective, it’s a genuinely stupid move.

It also makes it illegal to raise cattle, pigs, and chicken or slaughter them. Vegan tyranny.

A few hikers get mauled because of bear overpopulation they might reconsider.......but by then it’s too late now isn’t it.

It really is true.....anything liberals touch turns to shit.

100%. If this somehow passes, there will be so many lawsuits by the Indian tribes and other interested parties for violating federal tribal treaties and the Commerce Clause.

This is purely a left-wing urban fantasy.
