Caleb Vazquez, one of two teens responsible for the mass shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego, was on the autism spectrum and influenced by hateful rhetoric online, his family described in a heartfelt apology.
“Over the last several days, our family has been trying to process the horrific actions carried out by our son against the Islamic Center San Diego Community,” the 18-year-old’s family said in a statement released by attorney Colin Rudolph.
“We want to begin by acknowledging that nothing we say or do could ever repair the damage his actions have caused. We are completely heartbroken and devastated by what has happened. We condemn these hateful and violent actions entirely,” they continued.
The family mentioned the three victims, Amin Abdullah, Mansour Kaziha, and Nadir Awad, and thanked them for their bravery in preventing more deaths during Monday’s attack. All three men were laid to rest Thursday in a ceremony in San Diego.
Vazquez and 17-year-old Cain Clark stormed the mosque, opening fire and killing three Monday before fleeing the scene in a white BMW. The teen terrorists livestreamed their entire attack.
At the encouragement of Vazquez, Clark, sitting in the driver’s seat of the vehicle, shot Vazquez in the head twice with a pistol, killing him. Clark then turned the weapon on himself.

“Our son was on the autism spectrum, and it is painfully clear to us now that he struggled not only with accepting parts of his own identity but also grew to resent them,” they said.
Vazquez and Clark released a manifesto, obtained by The California Post, before the shooting where they shared hateful imagery and messages — campaigning for a race war. The weapons they used in the attack were covered in racist messages, including “Race War Now.”

This is a tragedy. Yet somehow have to wonder how their mentally challenged, bizarre son who was living under their roof was able to accumulate an arsenal and his parents had no idea what was happening.
This just proves that all information should be funneled through the feral government filter.
If someone told that kid that Moslems fought along with the Nazis and shared many other attributes with them he might have shot up a different location.

Also, most teens I know don't own BMWs. Where did they get this one used in the shooting?

Read the manifesto they clearly hated the gays, LBGTQ
, Jews, Islam by name, all foreigners, and were incels so they despised women.
They spelled it out clearly take the time to read it if to you want to stop speculating.it’s clear as day in their own writing.
They were not gay or trans they were incels that’s involuntary celibates no girls would have them.
This kid was the one who got out of the mental institution his parents put him in the morning of the attack and had a firearms restraining order too.

Uh his parents had him in a mental health care faculty for said spectrum disorder and he got out the morning of the attack so yeah pretty clear there.
They sent it out before yes to a discord group and then live steamed the attack. It was on X before the bodies were cold. It’s 75 pages long

It's even possible the media source was "filtering" her remarks, cherry-picking, and passing on only those which support the prevailing narrative.
