The pilot is a hero for acting so quickly. Glad the aircraft was performing well, too. A credit to the maintenance teams. If it gotten airborne with a wrecked engine, it might have been much worse.
Will we ever learn who it was that breached the perimeter fence and wandered on to the runway? Homeless drifter? Lost, suicidal soul? With the war going on: a sudden jihadi?

Simple question— for what reason would any person enter into an airport perimeter and then cross an active runway unaware or aware of an aircraft/jetengines taking off at over 200 mph? Stupid, drunk? Or stupid, drunk and.. suicidal. Pretty definitive end, as likely the upper torso and head went in first. Iirc there is a safety feature of fuel shutdown/shutdown when the turbine is violently obstructed. They are titanium turbine blades, and the aperture reduces into the “jet” exhaust providing the thrust. Horrific, more than a fast train direct impact. Not survivable.
They should take what is left of his or her body and put it in front of the door of the ACLU HQ with a note saying “yeah I was better off not being forced into a mental institute🙄”.

The video of the evacuation of passengers who were bringing their carry on bags was disgusting. This is an evacuation of a burning plane and these morons are blocking the aisles and slowing the exit. They should be arrested
