Now that we can look at QAnon from a distance what did it turn out to be? I thought some of it's posts were legit just because I believed underhanded stunts were commonplace by the dims and the media. Especially after the lawfare against Trump and the pseudo press coverage of biden.
Now it seems like QAnon was just trying to sow chaos among us conservatives. It's referred to like a joke or some manner of failed attempt to do whatever.

Why exactly do they have their own thread anyway?
I would think that they would want to share the secrets imparted by Q (who I imagine looks like Gandalf) with all of FR.
Just another of the great mysteries that arrived with Q.
I can remember when conservative politics had to survive without a benefactor like Q, the Knower and Revealer of Secrets.
The closest we had to that was Inside Report, the column of Evans and Novak.
A big difference being that we actually knew their names and what they looked like.
Neither one looked like Gandalf.
Why exactly do they have their own thread anyway?

Wouldn’t they otherwise pollute the forum?
Conspiracy Kooks
“Why exactly do they have their own thread anyway?”
They were so obnoxious and derailed so many threads that Jim had to establish a containment thread. Other discussion board sites got wrecked by it.
A very good point.
But then we are cynics as well as infidels to question the real presence of Q.
From Google AI:
Based on investigations into the origins of the QAnon conspiracy theory, the two primary individuals linked to the early “Q” posts and the propagation of the theory—often linked to South Africa—are:
Paul Furber: A South African software developer, tech journalist, and conspiracy theorist based near Johannesburg. Forensic linguistic analyses (stylometry) conducted by two independent teams determined that Furber played the lead role in writing the earliest Q messages on 4chan in late 2017.
He was widely considered the “first apostle” or the original Q by researchers and other figures like 8chan founder Fredrick Brennan.
Coleman Rogers: Also known by his online pseudonym “Pamphlet Anon,” he is an American who worked alongside Paul Furber and YouTuber Tracy Diaz to promote QAnon and set up the r/CBTS_Stream subreddit.
While some reports initially suggested two South Africans, investigations indicate that Paul Furber is the central South African figure. The “second” person often linked with him in the earliest phases is American Coleman Rogers. Later, in early 2018, control of the Q account moved to Ron Watkins, who operated the 8chan platform.
There is that.

Q for Quack
No TV show ever gave rise to the age of woke more than Star Trek Next Generation. May Picard drown in Tribble excrement.
All a total PSYOP, designed to control the commentary, to prevent those with the most valid opinions or correct information from ever taking any meaningful action.
Anons are those who follow Q's messaging, and collectively, tries to intrepret those messages.
No one still knows the truth about tje situation, most likely we will never know, unless we can uncover all of the players of the deep state, and effectively neutralize that cabal. If we do that we may then learn the trut, because the country will have control returned back to the citzens.
That’s the most reasonable reply on this thread. I gotta get to work, but I’ve had an interesting discussion with Grok about it. I might post about it later.
I never followed it, but I also never denied it.
I just didn't have the time to figure out riddles, as I was still working at that time.
Thanks for your comment as well. 😁🤙
During the Obama years, they went by the author name of "Ulsterman" and posted with the heading "White House Insider".
This person claimed to have inside knowledg of the Obama White House and made all sorts of predictions and claims.

There were just as many arguments and badmouthing in Q group as there are in FR general. But there were also many genuinely open minded people. I still respect the time I spent there.
Let us move this topic to the “Cone of Silence”.
Thinking about it is too much like work. I can do without Q-whatever.
They have the thread at first because all the trolls, assorted douchebags, were causing strife. Then as it worked out the thread proved itself. Still had T's and D's, but way fewer and lamer. In about a year it will become clearer. Of course for the T's and D's who are 'unbelievers' Y'all can come on down just respect the status and try not to be AH's. No one cares whether you believe it or not, just don't like T's on the thread.
