Wow!
Thanks and bless you!
I remember several of these folks. I recall that raccoonradio was from Massachusetts...like me. I remember the proud Navy Corpsman ConorMacNessa. Some of them passed quite young.
Oh my! So many gone during my last 5 years of insanity.
Good people!
I was just looking at ConorMacNessa’s home page and realized that he was wounded in Vietnam on the very same day that I joined the Army as a frightened 19 year old kid...8/18/1969

I remember most of them, and I just found out that over half of them are gone - in heaven, like Jim Rob
Funny and sobering to think that in a generation or two my entire family will forget I ever exists but somewhere on an internet server my little stamp will be all that ever recorded I existed.
It’s sad when good people die. I think about that when I watch TCM movies with my favorite old actors/actresses. I’m not of afraid of dying myself. I’ll probably just be a bitter memory to some.
May they rest in peace.
I didn't know you're a veteran.
I'm the son of a Vietnam vet (Dad was also 19 and in the Army, 1st Cavalry Division). I won't pretend to know what you guys experienced, but I do know the war didn't end for many of you when you came home ...
I'd shake your hand if I could. Welcome Home and thank you.
