President Donald Trump suggested, late Sunday, that he is getting ready to move on from Casey Means — his Surgeon General nominee — amid heavy criticism of her qualifications.
Speaking with reporters on board Air Force One, the president opened the door to pulling Means’s nomination.
“Are you considering withdrawing Casey Means for Surgeon General and nominating someone else?” A reporter asked.
“Well, we’re looking at a lot of different things,” Trump said. “I don’t know how she’s doing in the nomination process. I’m more focused on Iran. But, you know, something like that would be possible. We certainly have a lot of great candidates for that job.”
Earlier Sunday, Dr. Jerome Adams — who served as Surgeon General during Trump’s first term — came out strongly against Means and her credentials. Speaking with the Washington Post, Adams called out the fact that Means allowed her physician’s license to lapse and opted to become a wellness influencer.
“The irony would be the nation’s doctor wouldn’t even be in the corps as a doctor,” Adams said.
Means’s nomination has been held up in the Senate for 11 months — as Senate Republicans have expressed reservations on several of her positions, including her stance on vaccinations. While she has said vaccines are “an important part of the public health strategy,” she has stopped short of endorsing vaccinations for children on the flu and the measles, among others.

Surgeon General is a joke, the likes of “Rachel” Levine and Joclyn Elders made it a laughing stock. It’s a sinecure that lets some doofus play dressup as a soldier. That’s it.
You know what the CDC said was the safest drug on the market, safer than aspirin, prior to COVID? HCQ. Shortly after COVID they scrubbed that report from their website and declared it poison.

As far as I'm concerned Trump/Bondi and congress have condemned the US to civil war due to a lack of arrests and impeached judges. The left is already shooting.
All it's going to take is a veteran or two getting stopped at an antifa checkpoint. The country CANNOT return from that.

We can’t successfully impeach judges, but a Republican Congress and President can removal their tools of obstruction.
The Congress has Article I, Section 8 power to make rules for the government.
Perhaps a new law:
Federal judges shall not make law, but merely help litigants get the benefit of the text and intended meanings of the provisions of the Constitution when they were placed into it, statutory law and the remnants of common law.
No ruling or decision by a federal district or appellate court judge on a case against a government, a governmental agency or governmental person shall be applicable beyond each entity or private person individually listed within by name or personal particulars by the judge personally.
No federal judge who has or has possessed foreign citizenship may adjudicate an immigration, asylum or removal case.
No district court federal judge shall work on a case who has a parent, aunt, uncle, sibling, child, grandchild or known partner of such close relative or a personal partner with any case related interest.
The following district and appellate court judges are hereby barred from hearing cases where the federal government is a party or federal funding is in contention:

If judges don’t want to be shaking their fists instead of gavels, they need to behave and know their place.
If judges don’t want to have to wear fools’ caps as Congress may require under Article I, Section 8, they need to behave and know their place.

That is probably a very wise suggestion.
